That is sad to hear you say that. I am a father of 2 boys and one girl, and we watched Ghostbusters together about a month ago and my kids loved it. It was a great feeling, because I saw Ghostbusters in the theater as a teenager and thought it was hilarious, so for my kids to like it as much as I did, I think that says a lot about the quality of the movie.

its is great on its own, but the nostalgia factor really brings it home now. Take for instance the scene before they go into Dana's building for the final showdown...the one where the street breaks up and the car rolls down etc. That fucking happened, they set all that shit up to move and break up like that. No CGI bullshit, they actually broke the set up and made it move. They mostly dont do that anymore, its nice.
