Is Barry Lyndon worth the 3-hour runtime?
>>81861775
Yes, watch it.
>>81861775
I'd say skip it. If you got 3 hours to spare watch Batman V Superman Ultimate Edition instead
Nah smoke a reefer and chill out with your rocking chair for 3 hours, it's about the same experience.
Name a more likeable villain
Protip:you might be able to but I don't think you can

sorry OP
Why is this movie so good?
Because he drives
It sets itself apart from any other film, I've seen it 10+ times, and ever since the first time I saw it I still can't put my finger on what it is or why it's so special. It just is.
It's not. The soundtrack is good. The movie is a medium for the playing of a good soundtrack.
Currently re-watching this after years.
Anybody even remember this show?
Yeah, used to have a crush on Ellen Muth back in the day.
Fantastic show, God awful movie.
>>81861633
too bad she looks like an ayy lmao now
Will Smith as the Genie in another Disney remake, really?
>>81861312
Y'all jokas must be CRAZY
Can't ask Robin Williams, can you?
It's just voice acting, it's not like they're gonna make Genie black. He's gonna be CGI.
Why did he get so fresh with everyone?
Fresh was his passion, being a chef and all
>>81861298
His wife was a bitch.
>>81861298
he was a baldlet with his balls being continuously busted by his wife and tony
w-whoa..........

What's the point of being a celebrity if you have to hide yourself in public and pretend to care about things?

DAMN
With all the reboots and sequels happening lately, which movie would you love to see get a reboot/sequel?
Pic related
2001: A Space Odyssey
Thank Christ Zemeckis and Gale control the rights and even after death have instructions to never let anyone remake it.
Go make your own time travel movie you lazy shits
>>81861130
You know this movie has a huge plot hole that is never addressed. Bugs the shit out of me.
Name me a better Kubrick
Tip you can't
>>81861085
This is my favorite movie along side There Will be Blood. Maybe Barry Lindon, if the message had been more profound like that of Paths, but it isnt. So i guess you're right i can't.
>>81861085
All of his last six films are superior to this. Lolita and Dr. Strangelove are superior to this. It's basically a nice liberal message picture with a little irony in the ending. Kirk Douglas is a non-actor. Don't be absurd.
>>81861186
Barry Lyndon is infinitely more profound than Paths of Glory. What the fuck is profound about Paths of Glory? There's nothing, it's just an anti-war movie. All its intelligence is technical and formal, there's no insight there because the restrictions of the genre make insight impossible. The only less interesting Kubrick film is Spartacus.
>>81861450
Sometimes, the simplest stories are the ones that really need to be told. I really liked Paths of Glory, reminder that the idea of war as a patriotic and important thing has been going since forever.
hey

What happened to this fuck face?
This was probably the most wholesome movie I've ever seen, ridiculously comfy.
Also my first Jim Jarmusch film, what should I see next?
Down by Law is just as comfy. Limits of Control if you want introspection/cinematography.
>>81860987
where i can watch this?
WTF?! i hate tony now!
>now
>>81860698

Discuss horror television and film
What was the last horror movie you saw? Would you recommend it?
>>81860689
>What was the last horror movie you saw?
The Lazarus Effect
>Would you recommend it?
Nope. It's complete shit, and not even in a funny way. It's just boring as fuck.
>>81860689
Conjuring 2, it was okay
Do you think shes attractive?
Is it the voice?
>>81860605
She knows she is.
>>81860605
Every time she's on the screen I can't help but think "I'd most probably engage in sexual relations with this woman".
She's old, but she's far from unattractive.
>>81860605
I'd like to ram my cock down her throat and feel the vibrations and cancers.
