what are some movies that are popular with the gay crowd?
and why are those movies popular?
many gays just want to be special
Wizard of Oz has a rainbow in it.
Every dyke I know has seen this film.
What bothers me about the reviews for this is how fucking much they whine aboutPratt waking up J-Law, as if the film portrays him as a hero for doing so. It doesn't, the whole point is that he made a selfish choice. I especially like the part where he's trying to justify himself by forcing her to listen to him over the PA thing and she screams that she doesn't care, because the fact is he was thinking only about himself.
But the critics have their heads up their asses and whine about "toxic masculinity" or some shit. I'm not saying the movie doesn't have flaws, but it's just like Iron Fist where they exaggerate the wrong flaws, out of... I don't know, political correctness? It's another case of them bombing the RT average for political reasons instead of giving the film a fair shake.
The movie was kino up until Pratt shaved his beard
I'm just imagining how much better, or worse, the movie would've been with different leads

>reading reviews
wtf is wrong with you?
>>81975129
No, Pratt waking up J-Law was the right thing to complain about. This was like Marooned in Realtime in realtime. That is the exact thing that would be right to complain about. Toxic masculinity isn't real but anti-PC PC police are becoming a thing and it's saddening.
>tfw no one using BB reaction images anymore

FINALLY THE MADMEN DID IT
PREPARE TO BE BLOWN THE FUCK OUT LORD OF THE RINGS
>Is the long, weird saga of Wheel of Time's journey to television is seemingly over? After that bizarro pilot that lead to legal troubles and the final but very vague announcement the legendary fantasy series would come to TV properly after all, we now know it will be Sony who will be responsible for bringing Robert Jordan's world to life.
>Both IGN and Variety released reports last night stating that Sony will be adapting the 14-novel series, as part of a deal with Red Eagle Entertainment and Radar Pictures, while Rafe Judkins, who has credits on Agents of SHIELD, Chuck and Hemlock Grove, will write and produce. This is the first update since roughly this time last year when Jordan's widow, Harriet McDougal, confirmed that the series had landed at "a major studio".

Didn't Robert Jordan die before finishing it? So it's worthless. It's like Discworld with Prachett. some hack is gonna take over and it sucks.
>>81862167
They better not fuck this up - actually Sony pictures have executives who know what they're doing so it should be good
Could be as big as GoT

Why didn't Sauron just ask nicely for the ring?
>>81862118
Dark lords don't have manners.
Why didn't Galadriel just riverdance to mordor with the ring?
If Gandalf is so good at magic why didn't he just make the Ring disappear behind Frodo's ear where no one could find it
Just watched this and holy shit, it was great.
I expected a shitty action flick but it was a solid 4/5.
>incredible costume and special effects
>great soundtrack
>thought-provoking satire
>funny dark humor
>great villains
>relatively free from cliches
>coherent and well-paced plot
probably the best action movie I've seen
>>81862055
Shit like this is never coming back.
>a solid 4/5
No anon, it was a 5/5 and that will dawn on you after a while. See: >>81861320 , it really is the perfect movie.
>>81862055
Now watch Starship Troopers. You won't believe how good it is.
The worst instances of trying to make an actor/actress seem younger in a role.
This includes when they cast someone way older than the character and try to hide the age, or things like flashbacks to them playing the same character younger.

Liam Peeson in taken 3

Season 5 Jesse in the flashback to Season 1 of Breaking Bad just looked off, he'd changed too much in the intervening five years.
Reminder that He-Man beats Star Wars, Marvel and DC hands-down.
He's stronger, faster, and desu he just looks better.
Plus he has a fucking battle cat
And he had She-Ra
And Skeletor

John Wick is a man of focus.
How do they do it?
How do they manage to keep such a high quality consistently?
A guy with a mullet stealing a stamp to mongolian throat singing is something out of my wildest fantasies, I never thought I'd see such a thing on tv
And it's the first time I actually see MEW in anything since Scott Pilgrimm. I get why she's spammed here

You mean redpill as in conservative. Not redpill has in a hard truth. Blackish is pretty redpill for a black show.
