Is there a single better piece of cringekino?

any curb episode
any sunny in philly de vito scene
>>82927034
Although for pure laughs I prefer the American Office, the UK Office definitely showcased the cringe more prominently.

This one makes me cringe hard AF:

The mission of /lbg/ is to promote the intelligent discussion of film as art by providing members with opportunities for intellectual discussion, by recognizing patrician taste through examinations and by calling out embryos as they arise.

What are the best Cannes-award-winning movies?
>News
Cannes has begun.
Use >>>/tv/lbg as a link to find the /lbg/ thread.
Remember the following:
>Patricians occasionally read these generals and have posted here before.
>Patricians may pretend to be normal users asking for recommendations and when you recommend something, they laugh at you for your plebian taste
>This is a thread for patrician purposes only don't offer or expect frivolous discussion.

Pulp fiction is best cannes winner.
I hope Hanecke wins this year!
Viridiana is the best golden palm without doubt
It peaked on Season 8-9
Now it's trash and has a bad taste of liberalism.

Welcome to hollywood
>>82926771
So you don't like it because it doesn't appeal to your special snowflake ideology, gotcha
i don't know how anyone who was watching it years ago can still tolerate it. it's not clever at all anymore. basically a live action cartoon at this point. same goes for trailer park boys.

Convince me to watch the original blade runner movie
>>82926665
No, if you need to be convinced to watch good movies you clearly have shit taste. Go back to lurking more before you post.
>>82926665
It has some of the best soundtrack, production design and overall atmosphere in cinema history.
That's about it really.
>>82926702
I did I was 19
How was I supposed to see the movie back then
Even if I seen it when I was 12 I wouldn't understand shit
ITT movies that no one fucking remembers but you

Why are good American actors dying out? Why is it becoming the norm to cast British and other actors from Europe in American roles?
Who is ultimately to blame?
>>82926352
Holywood is getting blacked. White American actors are no longer in power anymore, so directors and producers are forced to cast in Europe.
Samuel L Jackson asked the same question regarding black actors and actresses from other countries getting roles over American black actors.
American males are pathetic, that's why
It's actually decent
3 years later
>>82926270
Does /tv/ like this? I thought most people enjoyed it, including me.
>>82926270
Decent? It's great
this show isn't that bad
acting from aziz/eric wareheim/lesbian chick is pretty shit though but good guest characters make up for them
it's a nice discount louie for a slightly younger crowd that's not obsessed with raunchiness
I enjoyed the first season.
Couldn't finish the first episode of this new one though. So you have become the coolest guy in a small italian village inexplicably living an idyllic lifestyle. Also black&white, so pretentious, fucking yuck.
It is nothing like Louie. Louie is a tragic character who is the butt of the joke. Aziz wrote himself as the coolest hippest dude ever and the moderately funny stuff happens despite him.
>>82926364
i'd encourage you to give the second season a chance. it can come off as pretentious on occasion (i thought so, too, in regard to the first episode but really that shit was awesome) but it has a nice love story woven throughout the season. i definitely prefer season 1 though
>>82926364
You should actually watch the show because you sound like an idiot and the second season is nothing like you made it out to be. Only the first ep is B&W, and it's done to look and flow like a pretentious french art film. None of the other eps are like it
What was his endgoal?
Besides getting hispawon the button.
I didn't get any of that episode desu.
>tfw brainlet
>>82926199
who is the seamen demon?
>>82926199
We don't yet know exactly, based on the opening prayer, he was trying to prevent an incident, possibly on the 7th anniversary.
What's a good film about hustling and business acumen like The Founder or Nightcrawler or Wolf of Wall St. ?
Wolf of Wall Street
Every nigger movie about some hoodrat who tries to make it to the top by selling drugs/becoming a rapper
Wallstreet
>i haven't seen it yet
The Big Short
>Nightcrawler
What?
>I do get what you are trying to say
but what?
If you're going along that line of thinking then try
>Brick
But seriously, what the Fuck was her problem?
Her?
>>82925784
Her had issues with honesty and couldnt open up to anything but the one thing he expected he never had to open up to.
>>82925784
desu that scene where she says "you're a creepy guy" and he's like "no.. i'm not :(" hit me hard as fuck
Don't know why
Holy shit so Bruce willis and Split man are all in ONE M. night Shayalamadingdong cinematic universe?
what a Twiiiiiiist
Didn't see that coming
I didnt get this ending. Why was such a prestigious actor in the film for 2 seconds?
Am I the only one who found this ending totally ham fisted? It kinda ruined it for me
>>82925783
There was literally no point to this. Neither film had anything to do with each other whatsoever.
This is Ridley Scott's daughter, say something nice about her
at least Ridley's directing career isn't his biggest failure.
Who has the better jaw: Her or Bruce Willis' daughter?
damn she looks like Alien
Silly Oscar Isaac and Christian Bale, you got your names mixed up!
>name is Oscar
>has never won an Oscar
Other things.

Why do no celebrities come on 4chan baka? Reddit is better in a lot of ways desu
