bad execution
it turns into terrible romance after the first season

Its twilight with more fags, and faires.
If that sounds good to you, go for it.
Should I start Fargo, /tv/? I watched the movie some years ago and I quite liked it, even if I know that the series is not linked with it. I hear a lot of peaople critizing Twin Peaks to be a pleb-version of Fargo, which brings my interest on it.
>>83215968
check the first season out, if you don't like it by the third episode, none of it is for you
>>83215968
The first season is brilliant, far better than the movie. The 2nd is great. The 3rd is fucking atrocious.
Fyi, it's not a true story though. None of them are.
twin peaks pleb version of fargo? dont you mean the other way around?
>yfw Edward actually ended up becoming a respectable actor

>THE NEW MUTANTS, the long anticipated X-Men spinoff movie, is going to be a comic book film that goes in an unusual direction. "We are making a full-fledged horror movie set within the X-Men universe," director Josh Boone says. "There are no costumes. There are no supervillains. We’re trying to do something very, very different."
>The New Mutants, created by Chris Claremont in the early 80's, are a group of teenage mutants, a kind of superheroes-in-training, who must learn to control their powers. When artist Bill Sienkiewicz — whom Boone calls "one of the most amazing comic book artists ever" — came aboard in 1984, the series took a turn for what Boone describes as, "a darker and more surreal and impressionistic X-Men series than we’d ever seen before. It felt like Stephen King meets John Hughes, and that's what we're going for."
It’s this run of the comic that inspired what we’ll see in THE NEW MUTANTS, which is currently scheduled for a spring 2018 release and shooting for a PG-13 rating. Boone is keeping mum on actual plot details, but a source close to the project explained how mutants are at their most dangerous (both to themselves and others) when their powers are new. (Like, say, their teenage years) Says the source: "Held in a secret facility against their will, five new mutants have to battle the dangers of their powers, as well as the sins of their past. They aren’t out to save the world — they’re just trying to save themselves."

how can anyone survive even the tiniest drop of alien acid on their face when its shown that the acid has no problems dissolving steel in mere seconds?
human flesh and bone is a pudding in comparison.
>>83215231
>>83215231
The chemical composition of the human body and steel are very different.
We similarly notice that hydroflouric acid eats through metal but not plastic.
There may be compounded or elements present in flesh that neutralize the melting effect.
>>83216062
that actually makes sense.

>Remember, Peter, your grandfather was a proud member of the SS.
Wow, what did uncle Ben mean by this?
>>83214785
he meant you shouldn't let the past dictate your future. Nietzsche-esque
>"You know, Peter, with great power comes great responsibility. Rudyard Kipling called it "White Man's Burden." Myself, I just call it as I see it: the reaponsibility of the master to discipline the servant."
>Ben looks directly at the camera.
>"The niggers, the spics, the chinks...It's our responsibility to civilize them. And if we can't? Then they shall dangle from the elm tree. The Day of the Rope is near, Pete. We'll have every nigger in this country dead or in chains in 10 years, and may God have me shot in a carjacking this very night if I'm wrong. God bless the American Nazi Party."
Wow raimi
>>83214900
When he made eye contact with the camera I knew he was talking directly to me. Raimi was a true visionary.
>Or it'll get mixed in with the others and become just a coin.
>Which it is.
What did he actually mean by this?
>>83214758
It "is" just a coin, however its got more personal meaning beyond its obvious physical being.
Idiot.
sometimes I try to mimic the way he talks but I don't think my voice is deep enough
If Anton was such a bad ass super assassin how did he manage to get arrested by a dumb hick cop at the beginning of the movie?
