Prome Fox is dead but current Fox is still pretty hot
>>83482022
It's my favourite of the trilogy now, still flawed of course, but a good movie regardless.
>>83482003
It's just a retread of the first movie but not as good. By far the worst of the series. Even worse than resurrection
>>83482003
I never hated it and was surprised to see so many people who did when Covenant came out, but I'm not sure which versions I've seen, whatevers on the region 2 Quadrilogy DVD and special edition blu ray, so probably theatrical and director's.
What's wrong with it other than killing off the actors they couldn't get to return?
Hey guys let's kill Newt in the beginning of the movie and off screen!
Fucking brilliant man.
Henceforth you shall be known as Darth......

Plagueis The Wise? I thought not. It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It’s a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.

I feel that /tv/ should be about television and film discussion, not celeb wanking.
Apologize right now
she has done this herself
>when for the briefest of moments you want to apologise to your target, but then you remember you're a jew so you should play the victim
She should just take her own life
Am I the only one that found that scene with David and the chestburster beautiful and poetic?
>>83481637
I didn't like chestburster's new design
>>83481747
I don't think it's quite the Xenomorph we know. I believe there called Protomorphs.
I had no idea what they were trying to do with that scene
Normally I'm not the kind of person to notice little mistakes or nitpick, but its like Nolan refuses to do more than one take. Extras standing around staring at the camera, obvious stuntdouble changes, cuts to other angles that don't make any sense, it's terrible.

Fuck off Hack Snyder
Christopher N'Olan makes timeless kino
He's pretentious while at the same time incredibly lazy. Almost all of his movies have some high concept premise (read: gimmick) that he only bothers to explore on the surface level and he's too scared to let his audience think for themselves, so all of his dialogue is laden with autistic, out of place exposition.
Nolan is like the chipotle of film. He's better than all the other junk, but at the end of the day he's still fast food.
He's kind of shit sometimes too.
Can you people stop pretending that really old movies are timeless? Stuff like the wizard of oz or hitchcock films simply didn't age well, you're not gonna be a pleb for admitting it. I hate purist fags who'll act as if they could bring TWoO to a house party and get the people there to like it.
The image and sound quality is atrocious, the effects are terrible and the acting is cringeworthy, mostly because it was a different style of acting. Most actors from these times were originally Theater actors, and they brought their style into the big screen, but this doesn't fucking works because in theater you're supposed to exaggerate your emotions. In film it simply makes everyone appear autistic.
Let's just stop pretending now anons, these films didn't age well at all.
>>83481284
I actually think The Wizard of Oz has held up very well.
>>83481284
Watched Strangers on a Train the other night and you are wrong.
how has rear window not aged well?
What was the messaage of this film?
>spend a whole movie on setting up the next one with the human meeting the engineers and asking questions and shit plot
>lol nvm let me just genocide them in this 10 seconds scene
Why Ridley, why? It was the only reason I went to see this after Prometheus. I don't give a fuck about some androshit going rogue.
>>83481227
that HAL 9000 is still a bad guy
>>83481323
Thank all the nitpicking dumbfucks on this board who were too dumb to understand Prometheus.
