How do holograms in Star Trek speak? Are there speakers installed in holo decks that allow them to talk? What's the science behind hologram voice boxes and their ability to communicate vocally? How did Voyager's EMH sing?

The entire physical universe is made up of pure energy and vibration. When you have the insight to see everything as vibration, the nature of the universe is revealed to you.
Light is vibration.
>>84834309
Are we getting into Kybalion level metaphysics here?
>"Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates."--The Kybalion.
>The great Third Hermetic Principle--the Principle of Vibration--embodies the truth that Motion is manifest in everything in the Universe--that nothing is at rest--that everything moves, vibrates, and circles. This Hermetic Principle was recognized by some of the early Greek philosophers who embodied it in their systems. But, then, for centuries it was lost sight of by the thinkers outside of the Hermetic ranks. But in the Nineteenth Century physical science re-discovered the truth and the Twentieth Century scientific discoveries have added additional proof of the correctness and truth of this centuries-old Hermetic doctrine.

The holograms in star trek are made up of physical matter that can move air and make sounds like a normal person. So they speak with their vocal cords.
Please give me a valid justification as to why you hate this man without resorting to memes

Name a Franchise, and name specifically THE FILM that went too far.
1. Fast and Furious Franchise. I think Furious 7 was the perfect ending.
2. Transformers. Should have stopped with part 3. I would have preferred it be a Shia LeBoeuf Trilogy and then went back to the drawing board to make a live action version of the Animated Movie.

>Alien - After the 4th movie
>Predator - After the 2nd movie
>PotC - After the 1st movie
>Harry Potter - After the 2nd movie
>Die Hard - After the 3rd movie
>The Expendables - After the 1st movie
>TFatF - After the 1st movie
Your life after 10 years
Star Wars should have only been one film
>the perfect film franchise doesn't exi-
I don't remember anything about 3.
1 > 4 > 2.
I think the idea in two is good. But I think the fun and banter in 4 beats it.
Formula ran pretty dry by the 4th one
die hard better
Thank you, whoever made the Dr. Katz thread the other week. I'm a couple seasons in now and this show consistently makes me smile.

Just finished, wasn't too bad.
I empathized with the scene where Peter had to lift and carry his own weight and be his own man.
All panderings aside it was alright. Keaton was a boss as well.

>I empathized with the scene where Peter had to lift and carry his own weight and be his own man.
It's a shame this version of Peter Parker has zero background and motivation.

Motherfucker, how many times does Spiderfags origin need to be done? I'm glad they skipped it.
Amazing Spider-Man 2012 wasn't too bad either

MoS > BvS >>>>>>> WW > SS.
We can all agree WW and SS are absolutely garbage, yes?
>>84833657
Wonder Woman had a decent script, the problem is that Patty Jenkins has no fucking idea how to direct something of that scale. the action scenes are awful, and the first twenty minutes in particular are nearly unwatchable. however, when it's acting like a character piece with Diana and Steve, instead of trying to be a blockbuster, it's surprisingly charming. nowhere near as bad as the absolute trainwreck that is Suicide Squad. also, i'd put BvS over MoS, but not by that wide of a margin.
>>84833657
Fuck off. WW was a good movieexcept the final fight.
>>84833657
I cant speak for WW because i havent seen it, but all other 3 are trash. You can rate trash, but it's still trash

Why did anyone find him funny in the first place(and yes -- his name was associated with comedic gold back in the day)?
>>84833417
my younger cousin loved him as a kid
constantly repeated phrases from his shitty movies cuz they were edgy and mature and he was like 7 when he watched them
i never understood the appeal. billy madison wasnt utterly terrible when i watched it as a kid tho
I loved Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, and little nicky as a kid. Watched them later and they were okay I guess. Little Nicky seemed to be the best.
Nobody is funny if you think too hard about them
>dissonant, distorted, unending buzzer noises
>things that begin with pork
