Interesting how the version they went with was far more comic-like, just like cgi two-face instead of 3rd degree burn survivor two face. People say TDK was trying too hard to be "realistic" but i think they actually hold back a little.
Looks so much better

Iam kinda conflicted about it on one hand it looks a lot more intimidating and realistic but i think you would have a lot more people calling it way too edgy which is a shame
Out of interest, does anyone have a link to a forum from September 12 2001, that detailed the first few episodes of Band of Brothers? Apparently someone committed suicide the day before, I'm looking for the forum just out of interest?
>Low key Band of Brothers thread
what the fuck are you talking about? someone committed suicide on 9/11? what has that got to do with anything?
They killed themselves because of Band of Brothers?

>I'm looking for the forum just out of interest?
Then why would a suicide be of any relevance? You're not going to bully that person's friends are you?
What was their problem?

Nothing man. They just wanted to fuck some little boys, and eat shit.
>>87343138
I like the part where they sign contract to fuck each others' children, and they exchange the signed contracts referring to each other as "your honor," "your highness," "your excellency," etc.

>The Toronto International Film Festival announced more of its 2017 lineup today, and high on the list is a film directed by comedian Louis C.K. I Love You, Daddy, which was made entirely in secret and shot on 35mm film, marks his return to feature film directing, 16 years after his film Pootie Tang.

The real reason why South Park has declined is the lack of Mr Kitty.
Cat Orgy is honestly my favorite episode of South Park followed by Korn's episode and the ninja one

Is it kino?
Is it just me or did they spend the entire budget on hiring Jack Bauer to play Raistlin
Will Joe Manganiello's live action version be kino?

Dishonest Filmmaking
(Tarantino, Alejandro González Iñárritu, Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan, Alex Garland, Paul Thomas Anderson, Nicholas Refn, Tom Hooper, Tyler Perry, Rian Johnson, Alfonso Cuaron, Noah Baumbach, Andrea Arnold, David Yates, Denis Vilenueve, James Franco, Steve McQueen) are intellectually bankrupt moral whores and charlatans; their films appeal to the modern phenomenon of the 'Pretend Epic' or Pseudo Cinema, often tied to the criticism that "It was a movie that thought it was a film" they have no ideas of their own and are filmed purely to have fancy essays made about them. They obfuscate their lack of insight under a smug impenetrable irony and often contain scenes with disingenuous attempts at depth with characters spouting platitudes that the director takes VERY seriously.
This directly panders to the IMDb reddit sensibility of quote circlejerking since these hacks are masters of the fools wit, "Quipping" (Not to be confused with the marvel co-opting of the word) , it sounds smart, cool and worldly but in reality there's nothing of substance, the Revenant's attempt at spiritualism was cheap and laughable and whilst someone like Malick has considered his philosophy, Inaurritu wears his introspection on his sleeve to give his film a false sense of depth with pathetic sermonising.
THIS is Dishonest Filmmaking.
They leech the greater works that preceded them; like The Enemy being a rip off Eraserhead, but they have nothing else to say.
They act under the guise of deconstruction with surface layer obvious 'social commentary' and a quirky forgettable score praised as 'innovative'. They are all inauthentic sycophants that rely on oscar buzz and post 9/11 detachment for relevance.
These directors are hacks and will be forgotten to time.
Some notably earnest filmmakers include, but are not limited to
>Mike Leigh
>The Coen Brothers
>Werner Herzog
>James Cameron
>Mel Gibson
>Terrence Malick
>Gaspar Noe
>Clint Eastwood
Boy, Kaiji sure did cry a lot. Who should play him in the live action adaptation?
A white guy since all they do is cry.
the kaiji animated adaptation was made to promote the shitty live-action movies that were released around the same time frame
ichijou a cute
When the hell are we getting a movie series or well-funded TV series about the Animorphs?
never because its shit
Are there any confirmed or all but confirmed casting couch stories out there? Everything I've read is vague rumors or some actress implying she totally would have gotten a part if they'd have slept with the director.
I know no one directly involved would fess up, but are there any stories from like an AD who doesn't have a horse in the race?
Olivia Munn said she sucked Brett Ratner's penis.
Kissing is whatever, but how are handjobs/fingering at the movies not considered absolute degeneracy? Do that shit at home or in your car or anyplace outside of the sacred kinotorium.

This is a film discussion. Why would you take a date to a public movie to fondle.
I love the excitement when my boyfriend fingers me at the movies. I know people are watching us.
So I get that I shouldn't go into this expecting golden age quality MST3K but, how does it compare to the low points of the original series (i.e. KTMA, season 1, some of season 2, and the first Sci Fi channel season)?
All the movie parts of the episodes are pretty good. I wish they would slow down on the jokes per minute sometimes. They seem to scared of silence.
Patton and Felicia are incredibly unfunny. Would almost just say skip them. The normal Jonah and robot segments aren't that great either.
Looking back to the original they were usually never that funny, but they were at least charming back then.
Much better than I was expecting, but I thought I was going to hate it going in. Yongary is the best episode.
Star Trek: Deep Space N9ne is the best scifi and possibly serial TV show in existence.
Prove me wrong.
