The cabin scenes were shot where I used to work. A year after it was shot there my gf and I went over there a few nights during the summer to hang out. On my birthday she made me pecan pie and set up romantic lighting and gave me my presents. We slept in the bed where Viggo Mortenson's character and his wife slept. Funny story is that while there we found the Joy of Sex book and opened it up and were laughing at it. Imagine my surprise when I saw the movie a year after and saw the scene where the little girl get the Joy of Sex as a present. Pretty sure it was the same book as the one we were looking through. Kind of cool.

I can't tell if I'm getting trolled or not but you should really watch the movie as well as the rest of the series. Season 3 is definitely good television, but it doesn't hold a candle to the rest. If you liked the third season I assure you, you'll really like the rest.

Depends, did you like Daredevil? If so then set your expectations a little lower, it takes a while for Luke to stop being a busta and actually use his powers, other than that every episode has a live band, great tits and its even more grounded in reality than daredevil, none of that ninja supernatural shit for the moment.

Oh also Theo Rossi (Juice from SoA) is in it and he plays a badass.
