maybe this, or something with Steve McQueen like The Great Escape. He also was obsessed with The Matrix for a few years.
Probably The Big Lebowski.

Third had the size but didn't look mean enough. First was perfect.
Just saw this kino at my local cinema for the first time ever because they show old films sometimes.
I liked it and thought it was well made but I'm not entirely sure what I was suppose to get out of it or what the message was suppose to be, like was Hoffman suppose to come off as a bit of a nutty stalker? The ending seemed like a fairly conventional happy one but the music choice The Sound of silence seems to suggest otherwise, wasn't sure if I was suppose to root for this couple or not and the tone seemed to switch back and forth from absurdest comedy to a sad film about isolation and loneliness or something, and the mother sort of went from being mildly sympathetic to straight up villain by the end.
Anyway what does /tv/ think of this kino?

You seem to be implying /tv/ watches anything other than the latest capeshit flick and nolan meme fest

How did she suddenly become an expert assassin at the beginning of Season 7?
>>85146752
didn't you see all those times she practiced assassination in the house of black and white baka
She spent the entire last season training how.
>>85146752
She's my favourite character in the books, in the show shes just an ugly, cringey, psychopath
>It's a director who can't act makes his silly side character the main focus of his own show episode
>David Lynch
>can't act
His scenes in the new season are some of its best though

Man Alex Jones looks good with that beard
Rian Johnson reveals one word from The Last Jedi opening crawl.
When asked if he was proud of any particular word, Johnson surprisingly revealed one from the actual The Last Jedi crawl:
“It would be funny if it was ‘poop,’” he said with a grin. “Which is a first for the ‘Star Wars’ universe. That’s the whole crawl, just the word ‘poop.’”
Then he answered seriously, turning to the side to avoid being caught on camera mouthing even one word from the highly secretive script:
>“Decimated,” he said, and he looked quite proud.
>>85146369
I'm surprised he didn't say something like "the".
Yeah we know the first order is decimated. Random Republic planets that you wouldn't know were important from watching the first movie got decimated too. Remember? Epic.
Who gives a fucking shit? Star Wars is plebby shit and even moreso under Disney.
