it's a quasi-movie at best

There is a niche, a special space if you will, between R*dd*t movie making and dishonest filmmaking (La La Land).
I think you hit the nail on the head. That's what's there, that's what it's called, the very middle ground between the two: Quasi-Cinema.
Magnifique.
MOTY 2017
what is this
Oy vey. Is there a more talented actress? Answer: no.
Wait she's not just a cartoon character on South Park?
>Oy vey. Is there a more talented actress? Answer: nose.
Oy vey. Is there a more talented nose? Answer: yes.
Is that gypsy tv show with Naomi watts on Netflix any good?
watching her in twin peaks made me miss her.
It's probably about some disgusting gypsy beggar that she feels bad for or something
Won't watch

It's entirely watchable but I swear I've seen this movie before. I also get very odd Chloe vibes.
I was an only child, he was an only dog

>>85220063
you shouldn't watch Top Gear if you want to actually seriously learn about cars
>>85220063
>watching Top Gear for the cars
Probably the 90s version
Every scene is an argument or an apology - the tv series

>How did you know that
>I'm Donna
>>85515729
I actually liked Donna the first few seasons, too bad she became a charicature of herself. Although that's true for everyone on this show.
>Game of Thrones
>original ideas

so j u liek battle for ape planet??
wouldn't it have been better if cap threw the shield at him and he replied:
>"did you just throw a ginormous frisbee at me? the fuck..."
>"im supposed to be a spider, not a dog"
yes, obviously
how can you talk so much shit about the literally most versatile media player ever? i have literally never had a file it didn't play perfect. everyone i have ever met used it and loved it, off yourselfs
>>85514849
Fuck off Jamal. We know Paris is full of niggers no need to advertise it
>>85514849
Why do you give a shit? I don't use it because I've had issues with it. You use it because you haven't had issues with it.
Imagine being so insecure you get worked up over people disliking the media player you use.

I used VLC many years ago, but after frequently experiencing the well known green artifacting, I switched over to MPC-HC (only used K-Lite and/or CCCP codec packs during eras of streaming from Xbox 360 to TV, but don't currently) and have been content ever since. Supposedly VLC has fixed that shit since then, but still... MPC-HC just works™. Don't hit me with the LOL DISCONTINUED; it's not like years of updates are rolled back -- it's just remaining as good as it's ever been. I know about MPV, but I have not been shown what it actually does better to convince me to convert.
The original movie was about the tragedy of the single human and the humanity as a whole, to see your own kind enslaved by the animals.
This movie could be about the last struggle of humanity doomed to failure, to see your own kind deevolve into primitives that cannot speak.
Instead it was mentioned in the background and shown for maybe few minutes, so rest of the movie could be about monkey dindus and MUH CGI APE CLOSE UP ARE YOU SAD YET???
no fags, I don't care about your stupid monkeys, why do you treat humanity problem as the sub story without any weight, in the end you even killed everyone with a plot machine avalanche
>Rise of the Planet of the Apes
>Focuses mostly on James Franco and the development of the drug and its repercussions in the apes
>Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
>Devotes equal amount of time exploring the Ape and Human societies, eventually culminating in Caesar rising to power.
>War for the Planet of the Apes
>Focuses mostly on Caesar and his most loyal subordinates as they attempt to thwart the human colonel, who is barely seen until the final act of the movie.
Wow, its almost like they're showing the slow transition from a destitute human society to an Ape one.
The first movie is still the best
>>85218037
I still think Movie 1 should be called Dawn and Movie 2 should be called Rise.
>I don't care about your stupid monkeys
It's called Planet of the Apes you stupid human.
Why didn't Sauron have his orc slaves constantly on guard at the doorway to Mount Doom? Or just have them destroy the entrance?

hubris
>>85217789
He had to focus all manpower to mount the turrets in case of a helicopter attack.
The picture shows that his fears were not hyperbole.

Did you miss the part where aragorn showed up at the black gates with the explicit intention of drawing out all the forces of mordor?
Or that the ring wont let itself be destroyed and it only worked out for frodo because of very subtle divine intervention?
