Why do people like Season 7 of Dexter so much, more than season 6, and think it is better?
Season 6 has:
>a good pacing, months after Season5
>two villains portrayed by excellent actors
>compeling new characters, like the nanny Janie
>good story arcs for the older characters
>a good, if predictable twist
Whereas Season 7 has
>a story that starts right after Season 6, requiring discarding the implications of previous season right then, and jumping right into the new season
>one good villain that ends his life playing buddies with Dexter, after trying to kill him passionately
>a story arc that ends as fast as it started
>discount Lumen
>debra's acceptance of Dexter's activities ends in a blink of an eye
