>Rick, in the space of what is likely less then ten minutes (therapy sessions don't last all day) manages to build an exoskeleton out of bone, scavenged metal and gristle. As a pickle. Without hands. Operating a cockroach by tongueing its brain. A cockroach that, thankfully, doesn't magically have opposable thumbs.

All of this was interspersed with bizarrely serious bouts of therapy that served to create a sense of bi-polar story telling. ACTION! Drama! Poop eating! Action! Drama! Action! Drama! Long-winded "my farts taste so good" speech by the female therapist putting Rick fucking Sanchez in his place (Yaaaas Queen).
Then at the end of the episode. There is no pay-off. Nothing satisfying. Morty and Summer sitting in the back seat, trying to say something, trying to understand what the fuck is going on is equivalent to us, the audience, being taken on this roller-coaster of poorly thought out writing.

Anyone else feel like the show has lost it's balls since they ran out of material from Martin? GRRM would never have allowed this shit. The first time a dragon has ever attacked Westeros in the show, and every single character has plot armor. I mean even fucking Dickon survived for god's sake. The show is losing it's suspense and going the cliche fantasy route. Never mind the fact that there's only like 10 episodes left of the entire series with so much bullshit to cover, which explains why the hyped-up Casterly Rock fight was one of the most anticlimatic experiences in the entire show. It's all so rushed, so terribly done and I don't blame Martin for losing interest in finishing the books after seeing his work being defiled by generic fantasy tropes.

Fuck you, this has been the best episode so far. I must admit that therapy scenes were forced and casting Sarandon was the product of the female agenda in the show, but over all we saw a new character with potential, the Jaguar. The end was pure bullshit but the pickle rick part was incredible well constructed and entertained, reminds me of the first episodes, sadly Morty is becoming more of a bitch, just like his dad.
