Wow this episode wasn't bad at all. A noticeable step up from episode 2.
I was promised horror-shit by you triggered bunch. I don't see what problems you all had with this.

It was pretty dull, like this whole season has been so far.
We will get another improv cable episode this season have a meme and forget it. It's just all character development from here on out.
can we talk about how the episode was fucking horrible
half of it is mindless waste of time action sequences of pickle rick killing dozens of rats and armed men with no humour or suspense or consequences or anything that would have made it interesting. don;'t forget about the intolerably self-aware babbling dialogue that boils down to the writers thinking they're way too smart to be doing an inane b-movie murderfest but doing that exact thing anyway. the other half is the stupid fucking family drama that they put in every single episode now where the family go to a therapist who hears them bitch at each other for 20 seconds then immediately launches into a lengthy overblown monologue about the family's problems that we already new from the first episode. oh guys rick is a aloof and distant supergenius who doesnt have time for his family... such great and amazing revelations were getting that was not at all completely redundant! love it!!!! the mom is UPSET that her DAD ISNT THERE MORE? what a fascinating turn of events that will go great in your show that was originally a fun cartoon about a guy and his grandson exploring alien worlds where stuff actually happens
then rick shows up at the end of the episode and him and beth agree to go get drinks, but not before more fucking monologues that are way, way too long that just labouriously go over why the characters are bad people that we already knew about and add nothing to the episode. my favourite part of the ending is how the characters are exactly where they were when they started, and absolutely nothing changed meaning this whole therapy subplot was for nothing. cant wait for episode four!!!! I'M PICKLE RICK!!!!
Why are you trying to lead people astray with your bad taste?
>be me at a BBQ
>guy who I haven't seen since I was like 12 says hi to me
>didn't remember him at first but realized that he was my cousin's bf when I saw him last
>start talking to him about what we're up to in life
>say I just finished my first year of college
>tells me he wants to be a chef and get his own food truck
>seems really excited about it
>tells me he'll be the one at the grill for the BBQ
>wait a while until the first round of burgers is ready
>get one
>it tastes dry and too salty
>guy asks me how the burger was
>"It was a little too spicy. Not like hot spicy but too much flavor"
>realize how I'm fucking up
>"...but that's just me though. I don't know"
>phew, what a save
>later hear him call at someone
>think he was talking to me and turn around
>"No, not you"
>goes up to other guy
>"You like the burgers?"
>"Yea, it's good"
>"Not too spicy?"
>"No, it's fine"
>realize I should've just said the same thing
I went back for another burger in good faith but it turns out he burnt the next round. I took one of the less burnt ones and ate the whole thing to hopefully show him that I didn't mind his grilling. He probably hated me.
That's literally you just being autistic. Don't pretend you're anything else like Larry

A classic.
Aiden Gillen's Littlefinger makes the list even if Aiden Gillen isn't actually a bad actor in any way - it's just that bloody accent that makes it seem as such.Gillen seems to be emphasising the Irishness in his voice, almost to the point of parody
Sorry, Maisie Williams, but your acting is all over the place. it can only be described as "anti-acting sometimes.
The problem of Emilia Clarke is as follows: Emilia Clarke is stunningly beautiful. She also happens to play a badass character example of female empowerment. it's a combination of those two factors that have resulted in audiences excusing the fact that... well, she's a horrible actress. her portrait lacks fire, passion and gusto - it's stilted and boring
>>86178790
Arya was great when she was young.
Littlefinger was great when the writing wasn't hopelessly awful.

Sexual imprinting is simply when your sexual preferences are affected by early, incidental or meaningful experiences. An example might be seeing a woman getting tied up in a movie when you're five and developing a bondage fetish.
No, I never had anything like that.

Oh come on, what didnt you like about it?
The music was better, the characters were more likeable, and Fiona had her thicc ogre cleavage exposed most of the time.
People always say that Quentin steals ideas from other films and directors and that nothing he makes is original and so on. Can you give some examples?
Kill Bill -> Lady Snowblood
>>86177391
"steals ideas" is a little harsh
directors have always taken inspiration from other film makers
>>86177391
The scene from Kill Bill where Lucy Liu lobs the head off of some guy is from one of the later Zatoichi movies. Instead the guy is impaled with spikes but the scene is identical.

I doubt more than 1% of people who browse /tv/ have seen this film, or anything beyond the latest capeshit and GoT episodes.

What does /tv/ think of Frankie Boyle?
Edgy turbo leftist who lost his edge anyway so is no longer funny
Is there anything worse than comedians who become obsessed with political stuff?
