So here is the story! im going with gf in thailand and especially phuket and koh samui ( we will visit koh phangan and koh tao too)
We already paid our flight to and from thailand (we arrive and depart from bangkok), one domestic flight to phuket, and our first 4 hotel nights! I want to ask if 1500-1600€ per person is a safe budget for 20 days!
Things to have in mind:
We are not going to buy too much alcohol,
We will spend most of the time at the beach swimming and sunbathing,
2-3 daily trips like phi-phi daily tour and james bond island, with 50-70€ per person, each tour,
2 more domestic flights, to koh samui and bangkok with 80 euros each!
We seek normal hotels, not luxury, just a good rate in bookingdotcom!

I would say either, along with all the other places listed. But I am burned out on Bro level partying and buckets.
Your budget is more than enough even with flights. Al the places you listed are more expensive and full of scams. Read up before you go. Not huge scams, but realize people will try to over charge the hell out of you etc.
