As a person who has visited most European countries I disagree with the condiment thing. In a lot of countries, this is the default and you simply have to accept that you have to pay for a few condiments and bread as a sort of "base fee" if you go to a restaurant. I wouldn't storm out of a well-reviewed restaurant just because they put some stuff on your table.

As for the Charles Bridge, you might as well visit it in the early morning or at night, and avoid it otherwise. Take the tram or walk across one of the other bridges if you're not confident that you'll be able to avoid being pickpocketed.

If you're Into clubbing Mecca Is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night. They do charge a cover fee but I thought It was well worth It. Another good club is Zlaty Strom. Small cover fee for this one too but you walk downstairs into the bar and theirs girls dancing ontop of the bar. They take their bra's off but thats about it.

If you can, check out La Degustation, honestly the best meal I've had in my entire life.
Traditional Czech food is also really good for drinking (not really surprising though).
Nothing like a giant load full of Goulash after a night out.
