HLJ is pretty fair, so many times they have this limit 1 per customer, it's unfortunate that they have to change it to 1 per customer now instead of when it was first listed. If you only needed 3 ,then you really should have order from Amiami, it will be cheaper too.

Also you don't have to eat any difference for your friends, just show them the email and tell them you can still place their orders at another store but for a bit more. They will understand if they are your friends.

Depends on the size of the retailer. Most of the bigger distribution companies deal at the thousand+ units mark... For, say, a small, independant gaming/anime shop owner, being abe to purchase only 10 or so for sale in thier shop is something that you can't always do straight from the manufacturer.
