The figure doesn't have any glaring issues. Being an early Figma, the sculpt can be a bit awkward in places (the chest), but aside from that, whether or not it's worth it will depend on how much you want a figure of a gay porn star/2009-era NND meme.

I did this when I worked in a call centre when I was waaaaaay younger. I bought a set of Microman Rei and Asuka figures to put on top of my monitor to make my desk a little nicer to sit at. But then I started to worry that people might think I'm a weirdo for having action figures of teenagers in skin-tight outfits on my computer. Being a real fucking smart guy, I decided the best thing to do would be get some dude Microman figures too, to balance them out. I bought some of the Kinnikuman ones that were out at the time. In retrospect, buying three gurning muscle-dudes in their underpants and a Nazi was a pretty bad idea if I was trying to look more "normal".

He's absolutely worth it, especially if you have other figures to part-swap. Just keep in mind, there's 4 different versions out there. They all contain the base billy in his underwear, and whichever version you get has an alternate outfit.

The Halloween one has the pumpkin bloomers and cape. This one is usually the cheapest.
The Birthday version has leather and chains
The Christmas/New years version has his construction outfit.
The standard one instead comes with some weight accessories.
