It's a little hard to tell with just that picture. Could you get one with better lighting and maybe some closeups?

If it's not used, I believe the parts should have some kind of clear plastic wrap in between the parts to prevent the paint from rubbing off.

I have the Mio nendo, and everything looks right. It's hard to tell from one low quality picture, though.
