Why haven't any of the Ray Harryhausen monsters ever been made into SA figures like Monster Arts, Revoltech, hell even NECA? License problems? Are there even figures out there?

I think the Revoltech Skeleton Army is the only modern example, but there's been unarticulated figures by X-Plus and Gentle Giant in the past. Also the Clash of the Titans movie line by Mattel. I agree with you though, we need some S.H.MonsterArts or something.
