Does anyone on /toy/ collect PlaRail Advance? Was thinking about getting some because they're cheap, and seem like a nice option to set up whenever I want and throw em in a box later.
Bump. You can do some cool things with this system.
Also here's a subbed developer interview
off topic but does anyone know regular-sized plarail trains are compatible with brio? i know they have similar gauges
$40-$50 for one train, anoval of track, a crossover rail, stop rail (stops the trains so you don't have to grab at them), and a station.
Extra trains are like $15-$20 each.
I'm surprised at how so many people on /toy/ have no idea what PlaRail is considering that they've existed since the 90s.
I'm more of a Lionel kinda guy, But I can see the appeal of cheaper train toys
