What went wrong?
>>
Same thing that's ruined every figure's potential for the last decade: Paint.

Even Batman is tired of this shit.
>>
>what went wrong?
>Warner Bros. Consumer Products has re-upped a deal with Mattel that will enable the company to create toys around DC Comics’ superheroes for the next several years.

>The deal will include the likenesses of the characters in films, TV shows and from comicbooks. That includes “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” out in summer 2016, and the “Justice League” that will follow, both directed by Zack Snyder, along with Warner Bros. TV series “Arrow” and “The Flash.” It previously worked on Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, and 2013’s “Man of Steel.”

>The extension, which is expected to last from three to five years, does not come as a surprise given that Mattel has been DC’s master toy licensee for 15 years, producing action figures, vehicles and role-playing accessories.

>Deal continues to give the world’s largest toymaker access to DC’s vault, which includes over 1,000 heroes and villains like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and The Joker.

All this.
Mattel is shit

just get the Mafex.
>>
>>5371540
The shame about the Mafex stuff is that Medicom waits until years after the movie goes by to release them and by then the market is greatly reduced.

Mattel, that is all
>>
>>5371392

Wow, it's been 15 years since Hasbro dumped DC? Time really flies.

Seriously hope some company puts out a ridiculously posable BvS Batman. From the trailers alone, this is the single most agile movieBats we've seen, and it'd be nice to recreate those maneuvers.

but I want a toy now.

why isn't it illegal to advertise toys with more detail than they actually have?

His cowl desperately needs to be dunked in some zit cream. It looks like he's wearing a black basketball on his head.

I think an answer lies in this gift of Batman V Superman cereal I got from a friend.

Boy, let me tell ya: when I think Batman, I think "chocolate strawberry."

The cardboard bran he filled it with tastes more like what Batman would eat.

Yep, I've seen them everywhere. Armored Bats is pretty ok. Definitely the best of the bunch.

They cast Jessie Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.

>Wow, it's been 15 years since Hasbro dumped DC? Time really flies.
IT's more like Mattel was offering DC more money, promised all the in-roads to all major retailers, and WB dumped Hasbro.
This likely led to Hasbro courting Marvel and basically promising them free money if Toy Biz gave up the license. Since Marvel was seeking to build a studio during this time, there was no way for them to say no. Accepting a large mountain of money driven to your doorstep and the promise of money hills every other month for five years is a deal no one would deny.

>someone in my area thinks its a good investment to scalp up all the Wonder Womans just becuse they are one per case.

rofl neckbeards
>>
>>5371382

I dont know what it is about this figure that makes me hate it. I feel like it looks super cheap and not movie accurate
>>
>>5383907
I'm not sure if she's even out, we got a big endcap of BvS crap, but no wonder woman.
>>
>>5371382
For starters, the Source Material for it.
>>
>>5371382
Mattel sucks. Wonder Woman looks even worse.
>>
>>5378910
Versus 3 years for Catwoman and 4 years for Joker.
>>
>>5382870
LOL, I thought the same thing putting up a display of the stuff at my part time job last night.
>>
>>5386425
yes, 1 per case of 8. I found 7 figures on pegs at 3 different Targets and an endcap of 4 cases with 4 figures gone at Walmart.
>>
Fucking Hotwheels scalpers will get into every box that has Mattel on it. Fucking nobody was able to get Wonder Woman. Every single fucking one is on ebay and Amazon MP.

>muh 7 dollar profit

Yeah you already spent it on gas you disabled dumbfuck.
>>
>>5394398
I've seen her in 2-3 stores. She's shit, man, save your money. Also, her BAG item's just part of the stand, completely forgettable. Only ones from this wave to care about are Supes and Armored Bats.
>>
Saw these at Walmart today. Armored Batman doesn't look half bad for a $20 dollar toy. Might get him next time I head up there.
