There is a lost collection of toys for the game Steel Battalion back in the day.
You guys know much more about toys and might be able to help me find this model line, most sites show that it is sold out.
Do you guys ever find yourself keeping certain toys just because you like the franchise and you feel like you HAVE to? It's fucking weird, almost like a feeling of obligation. I don't play with any of my MGS figures anymore and in fact most of them are just sitting in storage right now, but I just feel like I can't sell them cause I'm such a big MGS fan.

Not yet but to be fair that's why they make those toys/items
They know a lot of people will want to brand their gods on their clothes and adorn their shelves with idols to them.
Yes and with the exact same franchise. I bought the Big Boss and Raiden revo's, and the Solid Snake, Gray Fox, and Venom Snake minis. And I honestly haven't even looked at them in months. But I knew I had to buy them or I would regret it.

not quite
Has anyone had issues with Mezco Judge Dredd's suit tearing or getting fucked up in any way? I wanted him to be my toy I just messed around with and fiddled with a lot, but it seems like everything I see about him is "you can't move him too much because of the material of his suit".
And does anyone have both the normal Dredd and the Cursed Earth Dredd? CE Dredd's suit doesn't look like the same material in pictures. I really want to fiddle with these Mezco toys, but it seems like a lot of them have material that apparently tears at crucial points on their costume.
I've had Dredd in various poses on his bike for over a year now and the material has held with no fraying or anything. If it can stay intact with his legs splayed to their extremes to straddle his bike and his arms raised as high as possible in a shooting pose for over a year, it's fine. I think you're letting the small margin of error define your impressions on the larger batch.
That said, I still don't think it's a fantastic figure. Just good.
Buy the 3A one instead, their clothing is much better in both tailoring and material. It looks much less cheap and toylike than the one in your pic.

Joints are shittier, though. They don't have any caps at the ends of them and slide out of the sockets.
Do you know any more toys that were banned for any reason?
>>6304408
Were they banned for being strong enough to kill vampires?
>>6304424
Those weren't Mexicans, those were Aztec gods of fitness.
>>6304408
People were worried about Hamon users.

So I'm getting old and I want to offload the majority of my stuff I've collected over the years. I have a lot of Nendos, Figma, etc. Regrettably I don't have the boxes anymore as they took up a ton of space and I thought I'd be young at heart forever which turned out to not be entirely accurate. I'm wondering how much I can expect to get from them without packaging? I'm very meticulous and have all my spare parts sorted into various ziplock bags that are clearly marked and in good condition. All of the stuff is taken care of and in like new condition outside of having been displayed in my home.
Any advice on offloading the stuff in a way that can help me recoup some of the money? I'm aware the no box thing is an issue but I'm curious as to how much of one.
>>6297109
You fucked up man. I'm not a box fag but I did just move, where would someone like me put it to move in if you don't have the box? Some people think 50% of the item is the box.
In short, you fucked up. Use the BST, sell your stuff as loose, ignore Ebay and the fees, if you have enough patience you might also want to part out the more popular stuff.
Also report to the BST, this question doesn't need it's own thread.

What figmas do you have

How old are you OP? I'm almost 30 and still going strong

Companies produce commercially viable characters, they couldn't give a fuck about completionists.
But go ahead and complain about Bandai releasing an SHF Rashid so early on, I'm sure that'll help the matter
>>6295723
Where is the best place to preorder these guys? I wanna grab all of them storm releases because they look great.
Found this whole bag for 20 bucks. Pretty stoked.
You serious?!?!? Post better pics. Also sell me that Sinister, and any other X-men villains you come across in there. Nice find anon!

i'm really glad someone pointed out to me that it isn't just a straight repaint of ROTF optimus.
i don't really do movie toys anymore, but fuck me ROTF optimus was incredible, and this one just improves on all of that
>>6302563
those elbow joints look like those terrible Optimus Primal style hinges

>>6302308
they actually made a toy of tom?
No TOM 3 no bother really.
>>6302308
Wish they would put one of these out on the mass market.
A Tom would bec pretty cool for my 'Murricatoons collection.
ITT: characters who despite immense importance/popularity don't have a good figure
I just want a fucking
MANGA ACCURATE
articulated Devilman figure but noooo, NOOOO, all we get for articulated toys is overdetailed crap from spinoffs that barely look like the guy, or stuff from the old campy anime.
there are ZERO good dark souls figures.
>>6296375
I'm right there with you my nigga.
Also Gatchaman and Wingman.
Who's yours?
>>6296238
Don't have one. I never really played with toys when I was a kid outside of stuff like Mancala and bouncy balls. I only started buying toys when I was 18 or 19, so I don't have any fun toy memories from when I was a kid. Only loneliness.

For those unfamiliar, "Plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model." If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.

So both of the DX chogokin Siegfrieds are the best Bandai valkyries ever, but I'm trying to decide between these two models of it and the Draken pimp jet. I can only afford one. Can anyone push me off the fence?
