Well now after her delay, sweet little Pinkle is now out and about in the world. Who's excited for her release? Who's patiently waiting for Vania or Lucio? Anybody here who cancled or is waiting for reviews or others to get theirs first?

In figure news Emil is currently up for sale over at HLJ for 3965 yen for those who want him, want another or want to jump into the line for a discounted price. Other than that, Vania and Lucio are up for pre-order as well as the official Polynian stands. Emil's female conversion kits are also slated to be released sometime next month for any who ordered a set. Lastly I want to welcome any newcomers to the line.

Hey, /toy/, I need to hear your individual perspectives on something, if you wouldn't mind. I bought a set of Revoltech Ninja Turtles from eBay and they all have this weird discoloration on their back shells, and nowhere else. This was not mentioned anywhere on the eBay auction. What would you do? I usually just roll with the punches and don't let stuff bother me but this seems like something that might be worth finding new turtles over.

Back when this Star Wars line at Burger King came out in 2005, my brother and I were obsessed with them. We ate at Burger King for months, multiple times a day occasionally. My Dad said he probably drove to Burger King more than his office during that period, and ate so much BK he became sick of it.

Hey /toy/, I'm a (mediocre) artist that has been tasked with designing and making a prototype of a single piece plastic dinosaur toy.
I have experience with 3DCG, 3D printing, sculpting, casting etc, so whatever route I choose, making the thing won't be a problem. However, I'm having an issue coming up with a good design that will fit the requirements of the group I'm making it for, which are:
>appealing to kids
>"modern and minimal" feel to it
>simple and cheap to produce
>not overly "cutesy" or "cartoony"
>somewhat educational
Do you guys have examples of interesting and well designed toys to get my gears going? (Pic kind of related)
Also if you make toys for child play any advice would be appreciated.
