In the late 90s/early 2000s there was a toy line about monsters/mutants. They were little rubbery figurines but NOT Monsters In My Pocket.
I think they were produced by the same people who made micro machines because I remember buying them in very similar packaging. I remember the packaging was very colourful and the back had details about each character.
There were different types of mutants I think. They had power levels and shit like that but I don't think they were like any typical monsters (no werewolves, vampires, etc). Does anyone know what I mean? I tried googling but no luck.

I'll throw you general tips out of pity, find its Japanese name (as in in the native typeset), browse mandarake and throw that into the search, or even into a proxy service with a search function like from japan etc.
This isn't like a funko pop, spoonfeeding something so niche isn't a 5 minute job, could take an hour or more, so basically search for this doll/plush in japanese via proxy services or mandarake, unless you wanna see what ebay has and risk buying a fake or worse pay twice as much as you're asking

Is there a market for these things? The store where I work got a display corrugate and full retinue of Hatchimals today. Like an hour later we were getting calls from people asking if they could buy one, one woman even asked if she could buy all of them and was still pleased to settle for five.
I bought one because even if I don't turn a profit on it I have a niece I can give it to.
I don't know anything about this shit, is there a better place than others to buy/sell toys? Am I an asshole for expecting to make any money off this fad toy that might just get kicked into high production in another week anyhow?
