Lord Zedd was once the most feared name in the galaxy. Your name had spread terror all across the galaxy, as the prince of darkness. Yet you where stopped by Zordon of Eltar and his soldiers. Given a second chance you and your wife have worked to help the forces of light against the new evils of this world. Now as Desmond Lorde you work as the Serpenterran Ranger and mentor to a new generation of chosen rangers.
Your team of rangers, five in number are a meta-human mercenary ranger team, 'Peacekeepers' who you kept from getting eaten by Vlad the Vampire Bat Beast General by making them Power Rangers. Joining them as their sixth ranger, you continued the restoration process of Serpentera and was able to fight against the Beast Generals and their new allies Ivan Ooze. Two charges with two crystals at your disposal and now a magical mentor in the form of Flabber the Phantom.
Rita was still by your side when you awoke to find your surroundings having changed to your bed-room in the command center's living quarters.
"I'm going to leave soon, but I wanted to help you start your day. Your rangers need to adjust to their surroundings, and start training. I'll leave it to you to decide but for now I should mention that if you want you talk to our guests, their all ready to see you now. You're analysis for the mutagen is also complete if you wish to look at that."

"You can send your rangers as a team or send them to individual places for optimized training. Some of these names might be familiar to you, and we're capable of even sending them off world."

Let's question the Justice Rangers first, find out if they know they are Psycho Rangers and how they came to be. Then we can start interrogating Fenris, maybe find base locations, targets, items of interest to Ivan or the other Beast Generals.
You went to work on interrogation and while the Justice Rangers are talkative they give you nothing useful. Seems whenever they de-morph from their psycho forms they experience memory loss from their actions.
Fenris would tell you nothing, promising to rip you apart when the twenty-four hours were up. Mocking that your command center wasn't as safe as you liked it to be.
The work on the mutagen however went well and you began to fully understand the effects it has on the life-forms it touches. It could bond chemical dna and cause an acceleration in the life-form that could cause spectacular metamorphosis.
The Rangers where rallied and you explained to them their new training destination.
"Wait. Ninja training? Seriously? I've always wanted to be a ninja!" Danny said excitedly.
"Ninjor will no doubt have a trial for you to complete to prove that you are worthy of his powers, but I believe he can show you a new depth in your power as Rangers." You teleport them to the coordinates to the Temple of Power.

You are the Green Primal Elephant Ranger, Daniel Son. Recruited to the team for your super-strength, you made yourself a vital part of it with your technical skills and the role of mechanic. You had always wanted to be a ninja, and when you and the team arrived to a dim lit cave with a bottle in the center and that connected a garden.
"Do you think we need to do this?" Brad asked, speeding around and looking for any sign for Ninjor. "Clear."
"Hurm. If he was master, then Ninjor would only be seen when it's too late." You say, hopping around him and attacking with several deadly ninja moves you learned from magazines and movies.
"Maybe this is the test." Michelle, pointed to the jar as the sound of snorring echoed from it.
"Huh..." Amanda peered into it and saw a blue man in pajama sleeping with a tiki next to neck.
James went to scout outside the Ninja's training center, reporting back to the team that they were surrounded by desert.
"Ninjor-sensei!" You shout, making the other rangers bow as you checked the vase. You see a flicker of movement, nothing and then...SMOKE! Stumbling back, your caught by a larger version of the ninja in the vase.
"I am NINJOOOOR!" The ninja shouted, before you and began to intently look at each you of you. "So...this is Zedd's new ranger team. Huh. I figured you all be...puttier."
"So, ninja master, what are learning?" Michelle asked.
"Hm. Well, the power of ninjitsu is not easily grasped by all but as rangers you have connection to powerful animal spirits!"
"Yeah, we know." Brad said, waving the morpher. "We're primal rangers. Got the animal thing down." He said, but got a stern look from the Red Ranger
"Master Ninjor, I understand you also made the power coins. Is that teachable?" Jim asked.
"Oh! Yes, but it takes a special talent and..." Ninjor waved and hand and paused at you. "You. You've got the right skills to make power coins. I must teach all of you tap into your ninja powers and then...ooh but this will take much longer."

A centurion roboman stood where the tiki had been and grunted. "I just fell asleep..." He looked at the rangers and chuckled. "Oh, more students. So what the job?"
"Who do you want the sword to go to? We can tune it to one of the power coins. If you want to upgrade to super weapon we can tune it to all the coins.

You fail to forge any good power coins. The coins all broken and any good looking coins explode in their morphers. The team however has gotten good at dodging explosions thanks to your mistakes however...

The Thunder Rangers and the Green Samurai Ranger will not be alone in their arrival. The Thunder Rangers have an apprentice of their own. Ninjor mentions that they've been under attack by a mysterious shinobi. They believe he is the rival to the Green Samurai Ranger and will follow him, even to here.
Civilian training with your ninja skills proves exceedingly well. Each of you making up for ninja finesse with the skills you already have. You find yourself an expert of a power ninja hand to hand style.
With her new sword, Michelle was able to match the rest of the team's skills despite her meta powers focused on empathic healing. Tiburon was a powerful weapon both in and out of ranger or ninja form.
Brad was fond of the illusion abilities of ninja skills, and with his speed he found he was able to perform tricks and pranks on even Ninjor.
Transformation already her skill, Amanda's art of disguise only became even better. Size alteration was no longer an issue. She could even copy Ninjor and Auric's own forms.
Jim's ninja skills worked close with his observation of others, and Ninjor. With the power coins working, Jim was the first to use his animal spirit to master each of Ninjor's ninja moves.
Now the hard part was using these skills in your Ranger forms...
Hunter and Blake or the Crimson and Navy Storm Rangers were used to dealing a lot of punishment. Their history of braving a lot of bad punishment only made them stronger.
However their new apprentices, Marah and Kapri.
Marah had finally become the Pink Wind Ranger while Kapri gained the Gold Thunder Ranger power. Despite their ditziness they were accomplished ninjas in their own right.
Cam, their cousin and Green Samurai Ranger was merely here to keep the peace but was happy to assist with any questions.

Starting off in their respective ninja gear, the teams squared off in the desert surrounding Ninjor's temple. Each of them morphing in turn and testing their strengths.
Jim and Hunter paired off, striking at each other and pacing each other in one on one combat. "You've got some moves!" Hunter using his thunder staff against Jim's tonfas.
"Some of them are going to be yours." Watching a ninja at Hunter's level let him mix and match what he learned from Ninjor against Hunter. Beating the older ninja after catching and using his thunder staff against him.
Michelle got to use her new sword against Hunter. Ninjor explained by tapping into the power of the sword and the power coin she could wield her animal power through her sword. Hunter decided to go against her with his Thunder Blade. Despite his electrical advantage he was short-cuited by Michelle's attack.
You however found the Samurai Green Ranger to be much to strong, even for you. Cam took of his shield (which seem to weight a ton) and took you out with an ancient guitar with a powerful sound-wave attack. He decided to help your training out by giving you the same heavy armor treatment and even your own sweet ranger guitar.
Amanda fought Marah bitterly but the Pink Wind Ninja Ranger was able to able to see through every trick she had.
"I've dated tons of shape-shifters, Tiger." She bounced around Amanda's attacks and struck at her with a pink sword. "I've also had to deal with angry ex-shapeshifting boyfriends."
Brad got utterly beat by Kapri. She sat on him, and was dumb-founded by his loss. "H...how?"
"I'm just that good. That's why I'm the gold one."
"By the way. Your Command Center's under attack." Ninjor shouts from the temple.
"What?" James asked, as you rush inside. "Why didn't you tell us sooner."
"Because I just got the message." Ninjor shrugged."All of you except Daniel may go, as you have met your expected Ninja requirements."
"We're coming to help." Marah said, catching Hunter and Blake almost off-guard. "Ha! Beat you both two to it."
"Dang-it. I lost a jewel for that." Kapri grumbled, but stuck fast to Brad. "Guess I'll keep the bad guys from kicking your butt..."
"I'll send you to you there now." Ninjor teleported everyone (even Auric) with you staying behind, and the older ninja nodded to you. "Daniel Son. Now that your capable of making power coins you're capable of moving onto something bigger in helping the rangers. Tell me have you ever wondered how zords where created? I think it's time I show you how we they can be made and how you will forge you own."

You were back to back with Fenrir, and the Justice Rangers as a wave of cybernetic shinobi kept flanking you as you tried to get to the control room. They weren't after Fenrir and they would have killed him had the twenty four hours ran out and now he was carving a swathe through the masked machine men.
The Justice Rangers somehow had their hands on their morphers and were helping you for thge most part. They followed Fenris spouting some nonse about equal rights for Beast-Kind. You reminded them they wanted to make humanity slaves.
"We're all slaves man." You decided hitting each of them with the Z-Staff was due punishment for that comment. Being the a former overlord and tyrannical ruler you had slaves, and remember treating them rather harshly.
You still owe a lot of apologies in the M51 Galaxy. Vica still banned you from entering it since that was the last galaxy you had conquered as Zed...
"You going to morph, or keep hitting them with your stick?" The wolf general asked.
You didn't want to tell them you had only two charges. You're alarms should have alerted the rangers by now but waiting for them could mean being overran. You finally make it to the command center only to find someone sitting in your seat.
A ninja ranger in black held the mutagen in one hand and the psycho data cards in the other.
"Lord Zedd it is a pleasure." He said, as the robotic ninja all bowed to him, blocking your path to him. "Your welcome to fight but, I'm hear for my boss, the Shredder. The Foot Clan would like to hire you." The wolf general readied himself, as did the Justice Rangers but with the key cards in the hands of the ninja ranger they could change into Psychos at any moment.

"Oroku Saki needs me to do his dirty work?" You ask, and the Black Ninja showed you on your own monitor. It showed four large green tortoise humanoids, and a rat of equal size.
"These turtles have something you want. A crystal, correct? Shredder cannot afford something like that to be in their hands. Are you interested in taking the deal? Take them out, the crystal is your payment and we both are satisfied."

Curse my metagaming mind. I know the Turtles are the good guys, but at the same time I don't know if Zedd knows this as well. We could agree now and see how it goes with the turtles, I guess.
Quick question, how well does Zedd know Shredder, or his reputation?
You have knowledge of the Foot, the Hand, Kingpins, and many organizations with acronyms. There may a baron of iron to deal with later too.
The turtles are more elusive, but with their crossover with the in space ranger they are known to those with access to the morphing grid like you can.
Shredder is aware of Lord Zedd. He would have made a fine lackey if you Lord Zedd had taken Earth...
All right then, so Zedd does know the turtles are good then.

also say "Thank you for telling me about the crystal, but in case you hadn't heard, I retired from the villain thing."
"Thank you for telling me about the crystal, but in case you hadn't heard, I've changed careers." You pose and transform, and block the Black Ninja Ranger's attack.
"Fool. You could have made this easier..." The green cards flashed from his hands and flew into the guns of the Justice Rangers. Psycho Red, Yellow and Blue began to attack Fenrir while the shinobi raised another card.
"I'm equipped to take you out as well Zedd." Raising his own morpher, he transformed in a pose of his own that knocked you back. The black ranger had transformed into Psycho Silver. Your cavalry arrives however as nine rangers and a centurion man arrived and managed to pull the Psycho away from Fenrir and deal with the robotic ronin. Psycho Silver and you engaged weapons and began to trade strikes.

You knock the Silver ranger back with your empowered staff and then summon your bat-zord with a flourish and a spin finish that destroyed a pair of foot soldiers.
Snapping your finger, the bat-zord was transported to you and hit the Psycho Ranger and crashing into several more robotic ninja, Soon they would be out of reinforcement, with the Rangers working together against the three psycho rangers left in the fight.
"Hey big guy." You nod to Fenrir who sits down and uses his hind foot to itch behind his ear.
"I hate robots." He grunts, panting.
The Silver Ranger slashed his blade against the bat zord, but you pulled his arm down with your z-staff and now has ample time interrogate your newest prisoner...
"This technology is interesting..." You remark.

Someone you thought gone ten thousand years ago. He was a bit older then you last saw him but...he was your son.
"Kai?" Rita and your son, when you had began your search for the Zeo crystals as a scientist and not as a conqueror.
"...Who are you?" He asks blankly.Amnesia. Like the other psycho rangers.The bat zord drops the young man in front of you. The other psycho rangers had been demorphed as well and the four prisoners were being escorted while the other ninja rangers began cleaning up.
