Put some huge beasts, like Cygors and the others. Also, make one of the protagonists an Amber Wizard.

The Empire is just the Holy Roman Empire + magic. Change the names, keep things vague, you might get a C&D but there is nothing they can reasonably do if it ever goes to court.

Hell yeah I would.

My input would be 1) Make it gritty as all hell 2) make it have some humor. Warhammer is all about insane grimdark and the gallows humor that comes with it.

I think you are right on using some Empire doods as POV characters. The Empire is probably closest in outlook to the modern day, and easiest to relate to. Bretonnia is all *muh my honor* and all the fantasy races are better off being mysterious. That's another thing, decide if you want to keep it low-key fantasy with little magic and few monstrous/magic creatures, or more high-magic. Both can work in that setting, just would be better IMO to settle on one style.

Given that old school humans wore historical kit instead of grimderp studded leather, I'd definitely be all over semi-realistic gear, which you seem to be doing well already.

Territorial stuff with beastmen? Spani-- Lustrian expedition? disputes with other human factions?

I'm following this. Like that the comic jumps right into action, too many fantasy comics spend too many pages with set-up and exposition.

One thing though, the page scans are... kind of shit. Sorry. I appreciate all the good work you (OP) are doing here, and it's just heartbreaking to see a new webcomic artist full of spunk and vigor, and then the pages looks like they are photographed with a bad phone camera and uploaded without any work to fit them to the format. You are making all this effort to make a good comic, go that extra small step to properly do the uploading and the comic will look endlessly much better for it.

Loved the Gotrek and Felix novels. Maybe some comics directly drawn from some of those stories would be wunderbar. If you are bound and determined to write it however, maybe something to do with skaven subterfuge? Or maybe something to do with vampires. They seem underrepresented in WHF.

Just my opinion, the first couple of image stills got me pretty excited and I like where you're going. I just hope you dont use too much dialogue or coulour, the field sketch and story method is really appealing and unique to me
