I would say Eclipse Phase, but it lacks the specialized martial arts for synthetic bodies.

I understand Legends of the Wulin is all about Wuxia martial arts. I don't know the rules myself, but as I undertand, it's heavily rooted in Imperial China, so I don't know how well it will translate to a sci-fi setting.

I'm running a pair of games of it that are (In one way or another) sci-fi.

One is a Nanoha game with Cyborgs (Non-scalietti) as a major component of the plot, the other is Dungeons the Dragoning with all it's magic and tech.

Neither are pure sci-fi but even for pure sci-fi characters I've found it works pretty well.

I mean, I statted a Mech as someone with Heavy Armour and a couple of internals (One for general stat buffs, the other because the mech had a honking great flamethrower as one of it's primary weapons), I've also had stuff like Sword/Massive for Monofiliment Swords despite not being physically massive or Paired/Ranged for Machine Pistols.
