While I may not place the same 'rating' or priority on a feature or construction, he clearly lists and addresses issues and benefits. It is up to the viewer to determine the importance of what is relayed.

I don't get this.
I do kinda get using worn out sleeves with new sleeves to mark cards, but what is the alternative? playing without sleeves. what about worn cards, would they be considered marked? it's not easy to just replace a $100 card.
