A regular dungeon crawl system, like 4e, is already enough for the game's genre. For the fluff, freeform is ok, "Oh you hit 0HP, time for rape". For mechanically building the characters? I can't help, sorry.

You play literally any RPG that is suitable for a high-fantasy dungeon crawl.

If anyone gets killed, they instead get magical realm'd for like three minutes, after which their character is then retired from play because their mind has been broken by fat minotaur cock or whatever shit happens. It's been a long time since I played this game.

I can't really see why you'd specifically play an LWR setting unless you were wanting to sex it up, because otherwise it's just standard-fare generic high fantasy.

You would however have to split OC into two subgroups that you divide from total OC, so there would be "Consensual OC" which only takes into account physical resistance from clothing or armor of your orifices (presumably -10 resistance to consensual mouth fucking for anyone not wearing a helm or leather gimp mask), and "non-consensual OC" that takes into account size categories and Dex dodge bonuses (and thus functions a lot like touch AC).

From there you can obviously see how you can apply size categories from D&D into the OC system, so a tiny sized creature has +10 OC, small +5 OC, Medium -1 OC, Large -5 OC, huge -10 OC, Gargantuan -20 OC. add in a Consitution Save if someone of more than 2 size categories bigger than the rape victim penetrates you (with a successful roll halving the [size category bonus x -1]D6 per round damage from the penetration).

From there penetrating someone would be a simple STR check relative to the target's OC (which is NCOC + COC), unless you have ranks in finger banging in which case you can use DEX, tongue fucking in which case you can use CHA, tickle fucking in which case you can use INT or footfucking in which case you can use WIS.

Raidy only rapes her enemies as a form of punishment or to extract information out of them to prevent further harm to innocents. It doesn't really turn her on, and she tries to brush her actions off as justified, but the entire monster nation see her as a harbinger of rape and death.
