When you buy all your base class abilities, then you can choose to become an adept rather than advancing to one of the outer ring of classes, unlocking better armor and more abilities.

As an amendment to this, the burden of processing debuffs like POISON or BLEED counters is left to Dungeon Phase processing, however debuffs like PARALYSIS, DOWN, FROZEN etc will require the player to use a turn or action to "Tap" down their counter.
A short tip: If it has a numbered counter, it would require a "tap down"
Positive Buffs that require Taps.
Regenerate: Tap to recover 1hp. Multiple regenerate stacks strengthen the amount of HP recovered.
Levitation: Moves must be declared a walk or a float action.
Immunities: If a status ailment manages to affect the player that they have immunities for, an immunity will cancel its effects and perhaps declare the status a feint.
*Wards,Charms,Protections,Buffs: Updating any circumnstantial defenses you've gained not declared on your sheet will be helpful.
DEBUFFS that need Tap downs:
Paralysis. Actions are needed to be spent to undo Paralysis stacks.
Frozen. A freeze stack is undone once per turn. Otherwise players must destroy the ice prison you are stuck in.
