I remember one campaign where I convinced the DM to let me play a conservationist Druid. Nature stuff would come up and I just shrug my shoulders and we'd burn the forest or whatever.

That night I'd schedule some time off so I could come up with my boss from the city so we could gather the ashes and begin replanting. Shit was lucrative from how much usable plant matter I could shift on downtime.

the character itself looks pretty high-tiered, I mean everything is fucking pimpin', and as such, may be acceptable, but I'd simplify it. I think that this character is more of a caster and therefore the pointy end of the spear is just for show, it's more of a staff, a magic catalyst. I'd remove the crystals and like 70% of flashy stuff from the spear and simplify the dress design and hair adornment. And of course think about some outfit for actually going to places and crawling the dungeons.
