Off the top of my head
Maze removes them the combat for a bit
Wall of Force might work at lower levels
Ray of Enfeeblement can quickly cripple anyone with encumbrance
Bestow Curse is great if you're creative, or just -6 to ability score
Ex. #d# damage anytime the caster speaks to cast a spell
Spell storing armor with vampiric touch, activates when attacked
Confusion, chance to be useless or worse
Enervation, negative levels
Stoneskin, dr 10/adamantine

Mouse guard does have mechanics for the difference of species. Mouse guard as a setting treats animals as their normal size. What you want is Urban Jungle, or some other anthro game.

You know, we only ever had a pit trap once.
Most of us succeeded the obvious spot check and saves, except for ironically the halfling, who managed to save for not getting impaled in spikes just barely and ended up only mildly hurt.
The explanation ended up being that he totally fell down the pit as planned but because the trap designer was such a cheapass he skimped on the spikes and so there were wide gaps between them. The halfling just missed them and so he didn't take any significant damage at all.

Depends, i'm not super familiar with her, but it'll be best if you can gestalt her. Aegis (from psionics) is a good start I think, then unchained monk/brawler might be the way to go. Can you red pill me on what she can do?

For my own personal headcannon the underdark is a plane of reality all of it's own that is linked to every other plane of existence and is symbiotically linked to them. So you could travel to parts of the Underdark and find massive oceans deeper then the ones you find on the surface or vast caverns literally as tall (or taller even) than the tallest mountain or even find parts with volcanic activity in it or frozen over in ice.
It wouldn't make sense if you try to match it perfectly to whatever world you are on but it's there.

In Deathwatch, all Marines have Unarmed Master as core, meaning they're extensively trained in hand to hand combat to the degree that their hands are deadly weapons.
Is there a section on kung fu in the Codex Astartes? Do Astartes have kung fu tournaments? Do different chapters have different martial arts?

Ehh, thats what a big portion of Jiu Jutsu was invented for. (Twisting armored wrists and elbows for disarming or takedowns) Just because you're bulky and grappling doesn't mean you cant have a martial art for it
