Women at physically weaker than men. They are not more charismatic in terms of the D&D definition because charisma in D&D also represents inner power and who. Women do have much of the latter, but what I mean is, women seen be the sorcerers because they at pretty. Anyway the real way to handle male / female stats is to let them be rolled normally, or point bought normally, but disallow females to have strength score > 13. This means women can still get fair stats but the strength score is limited to believable levels.

I want to get more competitive and play higher level decks. My playgroup will never be ready, as it is mostly comprised of college students who are mostly constrained by budgets.
What do I run to not shit on them unfairly? I just want to feel like I'm beating a challenge every time. Do I just swallow the pill and become archenemy, or what are some commanders I can scale down for the lower-tier games?

I'd say most non-combat type characters like Healers, or Support characters.
Having another healer, or buff/debuffer in the group is always good, and doesn't take away the glory from the players. It's also nice to have them be knowledgeable in a few fields because Players can sometimes forget plot details.

Sometimes, the knockoff fits better than the original. Tolkien's elves served his narrative, but works poorly for RPG settings. In Tolkien, elves were the dying symbols of a better time now passed. My campaigns do not tell that kind of story, and so insane fey-inspired freaks make a better fit.

Serious question, all memes aside:
To all you 40k players who play both loyalist and chaos Space Marines, here is my honest-to-goodness question:
What's the appeal?
Warhammer 40,000 is a vast universe full of many possibilities and many choices in who you decide to spend money, time, and effort in the army you elect to play as. To this day, though, it befuddles me that the scales tip so heavily in favor of the really-really-big-men-in-armor versus the variety of choices you would otherwise have. So please, in all seriousness: Share with us why you started collecting Marines. And maybe we will all have insight into why Space Marines (Chaos and Loyalist) are the most popular armies that Games Workshop caters to, to this very day.

Interesting fluff... though it sounds like the two main warlords don't like each other, given how pissed the beastlord was that some beastigors went over to the nurgle Lord, yet they work together.
Painting is pretty good. Basing on beastigors is good, same as the plaguebearers, but the rest is a little uninspired.
All in all, a solid 8/10. Keep it up
