>Player plays a paladin.
>DM uses the paladin orders code of honor as a mouthpiece for his own ideas on what is good and evil and call him and the other players when they don't agree with him.
>The paladin eventually loses his loyal good alignment and his paladin powers for disagreeing with the DM on a moral dilemna.
>>53989517
*call him and the other players evil or chaotic when they disagree with him.
>>53989517
At least GM had the decency to let you know what his views are before persecuting you for disagreeing with them. Some skip straight to the latter.

Re train as Cleric.
PROBLEM SOLVED
Hail, my draconic brethren. I hear some adventurers are fumbling about, trying to stop Tiamat's return to Material plane. As my spies report, council in Waterdeep is in dissaray, devilish and giant allies are completely out of the "alliance" and metallics will not join the assault upon the Well of Dragons because some dwarven lord refuses to part with some silly ass silver scale armor.
Anyway: When miss T finally pops up here - what does that mean for me, my lair and (expendable) minions I currently rule?
thanks
>>53989273
>what does that mean for me, my lair and (expendable) minions I currently rule?
>>53989273
Basically you're fucked, but you might enjoy it if you relax.
>>53989273
I love how everyone has forgotten that if Tiamat or Bahamut dies, then we have no way to kill off Orcus, Demon Prince of the undead permanently.
We're actually stuck with them and their endless conflict until that fat fuck is scoured from every fringe of the multiverse.
Would you give him fighter levels?
>>53989213
Is he a player who is a fighter?
>>53989213
Will he hurt me if I don't?
>>53989213
We're doing this the oldschool way. He has class levels in Elf.

This is NOT /tesg/ minus waifus, so behave properly.
Keep the squabbling to a minimum.
No waifus/husbandos except Chaika-Vehk!

So I've seen people say that the hist survives between kalpas, but is that actual lore or is it something we came up with here and ran with it?

>Make own maps for campaigns
>Am able to do a wider variety of tabletop campaigns due to being able to represent a lot of different places
>Players want a campaign set in a digital video game world
Ideas for how to map these things?
I'd need like light paths and railings made of code and have to make stuff like question blocks.
I can't find assets for that like I can other stuff.
>>53988563
So you've been nicking other people's assets, passing them off as your own maps, and are about to get exposed for the fraud you are cuz google images isn't doing the heavy lifting this time?
Sounds rough.
>>53988563
Google "circuit diagram", the lines are like roads and rivers, switches can alter the flow, and so on
What do I here?
>>53987727
See if your opponent might be amicable for a tie.

How the fuck did this happen? How have half the pawns and all your knights been traded off, while both your bishops and both rooks are in their starting squares?
But anyway, you've got a piece for 3 pawns, while a computer will tell you that's even, it's often advantageous to trade down and then pick off his pawns with your surviving bishop. So you want to force trades, and to start that off, you probably want to play Be7, followed by Qg6. Then get your defenses up, link your rooks, and start pushing that h pawn to break up his pawn phalanx and get some open space for your more mobile pieces.
Does anyone know if a siterip exists of the minmax boards? Former member are trying to rebuild it so the various handbooks aren't lost.

I have no idea what you're talking about but if you thought you could post only one catfolk image you were mistaken because now I have posted a second one.
Out of all the dark crusade heretics you've made, which one was your favorite?

Which traditional games have their good digital versions on tabletop simulator? I'm thinking about buying a 4pack to split it with my friends and noticed that there is a shit-ton of DLCs
>>53985036
Theres a good star wars armada download in the steam workshop that plays better than the game irl because the creator added some amazing scripting into stuff like measuring firing arcs
>>53985036
DLCs
are you talking about the free community created stuff or is there now extras you have to pay for?
>>53987230
Yes! As well as Imperial assault! Though its a little clunky. BUT its great for having a battlemap for an Edge of the Empire game so you have grids and minis.
Anyone got the Forge world Xenos book? are there any scans? preferably of the Nid bits.

Its in the fucking op of the fucking 40k general
Hello /tg/,
I have a setting for a game that I need ideas to flesh out.
The world is a reality nexus that was fought over for millennia by Pantheons of Gods and aliens, but they've mostly gone now.
I would like ideas on the things left behind for them world's mortal races to find.
Things like Titan-blood lakes, tree-sized burning swords, Giant-bones carved into cities.
Thanks in advance for your ideas.
what kind of war? is it the kind with castles and sieges and ballistas, or is it just aliens and gods on a field with swords and shields and arrows?
>>53984074
Every kind of war.
Mostly the higher beings fighting each other in massive battle-royales; but also clashes between the mortals brought along with them.
>>53983992
Are Dire Avengers fucked? If so, how can they be fixed?
What are people sticking on their Wave Serpents?
all kinds of things
>>53983556
Why don't you get inside my Wave Serpent and find out?
>>53983849
C-c-can I come?
Who wants to help write some slightly goofy with a bit of edgy fluff for a Daemon Knight house? Asked here once or twice and gotten some good stuff.
>5 Chaos Knights each possessed by a different daemon of Tzeentch
>1 Knight Gallant possessed by a sentient Screamer of Tzeentch, but doesn't like thinking for itself and is usually happy to go along with the group
>A Crusader possessed by a recently created Daemon Prince who used to compete in many knightly games back on his world in his own Knight House, was a huge WAAC asshole who started sabotaging everyone else on his world in more and more intricate ways, is frequently picked on by the others for being new
>Knight Castigator possessed by an Exalted Flamer who is really upset that his Knight doesn't have any flame weapons on it
>Knight Atrapos possessed by a Herald of Tzeentch, need fluff for him
>Knight Lancer possessed by Lord of Change, the leader of the group and has to put up with constant bitching and arguing and bickering from the rest of them
>They all travel around the galaxy playing an incomprehensible, ridiculously complex, and impossibly intricate game, most of the time when they show up somewhere it's simply to wreck the shit of whoever's there
Let's build off of what we've got!
I did post this last night but it was late and didn't get much.
There were 2 questions asked in last night's thread but I don't know if the answers were seen by the posters:
>Do they generally fight as a band or is there a lot of in-house fighting?
They're certainly a team. There's a lot of petty bickering and arguing and the Lancer/Lord of Change has to constantly keep them in line, but when shit starts happening they fight together.
And in regards to the Screamer:
>Tzeentch
>doesn't like thinking for itself
>does not compute
Screamers in general are totally mindless animals who simply enjoy tearing stuff apart, so I'm thinking that this one actually learning how to think and make decisions impressed Tzeentch enough that it was rewarded with a shiny Knight. Or maybe Tzeentch just wanted to see what happened.
Herald Knights gun is him preforming incredibly complex rituals and mind bulleting things to death
>>53985360
Ehh not a fan of this idea, kinda goes against what I had in my head of them taking the knights to use them how Knights are used.
Appreciate the response though anon, thanks.
What's the best system for running a game in a 'Doctor Who' setting that isn't officially licensed as a 'Doctor Who' roleplaying game?
Preferably one that would allow for high concept sci-fi, pulpy monsters, moralistic remediation to adventures, that kind of thing.
