So I was part of a great campaign that ended recently, and in the end my character became a martyr and sacrifice his soul for the cause he believed in. As the campaign ended and the GM began to wrap things up I interrupted his epilogue to ask if my character's soul had been saved or if it was still lost, to which he responded

>sorry anon, you sacrifice yourself knowing of the consequences. Your character, he's gone for good

I responded telling him that there's no need to be sorry and I'll be leaving, since none of this concerns me or my character. This is where everyone was confused. At this point the GM tried to convince me to listen to the epilogue because my character's actions affected the aftermath of the campaign greatly. Once again I interrupted him saying "That's enough, already too much information" and I decided to leave with the reason being I've already caused too much of an interruption. Ignoring the protests of the group I left and began to drive home.

As title says create a stronk Mary Sue.

Mine:
Name Helen Stubfukum and was born to a ninja family. She has massive tits and everyone likes her because she is nice. Her mother disappeared at a young age but she was a dark elf (AND THE MAIN VILLAIN!!11!!!1!!). Helen learns how to use dual wielding katanas at the age of 3 with the skills of the master upon touching them because she is very skilled and smart. She is also a very good archer (long silver bow) and can use magic powers (pyromancy because shes stronk xd). Her favourite food is riceballs and she really likes anime. Her ninja family was murdered by policemen so she vowed revenge. Btw did I mention she has big boobs and is very pretty (almost all men in story have secret crush on her!!1!).

We already did this. It was awesome, horrible, cringey, and utterly /tg/.

New goal: Create the ultimate Edgelord character.
>>
>>51396803
Name: Ryan Dark
Age: 16.9 years (edgy teenager but 69 haha)
Background: Ryan was born to parents that hated him constantly and beat him. His older brother always pushed him around and until he got angry and unleashed his true powers of darkness and ended up killing them both, but not before fucking his mom (he's not a virgin and neither am I jonathan black in fifth grade fuck you). After that he lived on his own, stealing what he could from people who deserved it and going around to kill bullies in school like jonathan black and abusive parents.

his darkness powers let him do whatever he wants, but he mainly uses it to teleport behind people, summon dual katanas and cut bad people up. pls do not steal.

As I said, I'm going to be re-posting this for the next few threads so as to ensure maximum exposure. One more thread after this one.

Anyway...

FINALLY...it's done. The Vampire Monster Manual. 108 pages worth of generic NPCs for you to throw at the peons who show up to your games. I mean the player troupe. Whatever.

56 Clan vampires, 18 Bloodline vampires, 17 ghouls, 17 other supernaturals, 29 mortals, and 23 animals. A total of 160 NPCs, suitable for any chronicle taking place in the modern day.

Remember that these are meant to be generic things to throw at your troupe, NOT a replacement for hand-crafting a character for your chronicle yourself. The Prince and Primogen and so on of your main city should be made to your specifications. But when your chucklefuck players decide that, no, they don't want to stay in Boston, they really do need to go over to Worcester for God knows what reason. Or start a fight with the pizza delivery guy that they themselves called over to their lair. Or whatever.

Enjoy!

THIS IS FOR YOU, /TG/. I DID IT ALL FOR YOU.

Let's try to get as many plot hooks, settings and stories as we can!

I'll start with one I read somewhere else

"After long milenia of provocation, the Dwarven Empire has finally declared war agianst those uptight Elven bastards. The War machines are coming out of the mountains, the Forests have begun to walk, and so far 11 human kingdoms in the way of the mobolising armies have been wiped out.

This would matter if you were a human, but you're not. You're an ork. While the humies wring their hands and talk about the horrors of war you're being hired by elven taskmasters to poison the Mountain Homes' wells, paid by the Dwarven Elders to burn down the sacred groves, paid by human peasents caught between armies to fight off bandits and deserters.

War is hell, and this is the Last Great War, between the two mightiest empires there have ever been or ever will be. War is hell, but to you're an orc. You were bred for hell."

Let's fucking do this

The leader of your village is traditionally elected in a pie eating contest - the one who manages to eat the most pies in one go wins. The logic behind that is that a ruler who eats a lot is far more likely to be peaceful and lazy, making for a stress-free life in the village.

You've been coveting this position for many years, because you're secretly deeply in love with the leader's beautiful house, its windows showing a breathtaking view of sheep pastures. Unfortunately, you're the scrawniest man in the village. Desperate for a victory, you visit a forest witch and ask her for a potion of inhuman hunger. The price she asks is too much for you, so you end up stealing the potion. Unbeknownst to you, she notices the loss and curses you.

On the contest day, you drink the potion to ensure your victory. At first, everything goes smoothly, and you eat dozens of pies in one go to everyone's surprise. Unfortunately, the hunger only grows stronger when you run out of pies, and you end up eating the linen tablecloth, a dog and the village's highly prized breeding ram. The latter act appals the villagers, who exile you.

Seeking a cure from the curse, you crawl back to the witch's hut and beg her for forgiveness. She reveals that in order to get rid of monstrous appetite, you would have to consume four extremely rare delicacies: an apple of eternal youth from the gardens of the elven emperor, a truffle of truth grown in the deepest dwarven caves, an experimental GMO artichoke engineered by gnomish biomancers and a sabertooth banana - a sentient fruit that went extinct millennia ago, apart from a single specimen frozen inside an iceberg somewhere in the northern ocean.

With these instructions, you embark on your epic eating quest. As if it wasn't hard enough as it is, your adventure is constantly hampered by fits of monstrous appetite that make you compulsively eat everything edible in sight. Good luck, and try not to gain too much weight!

A different character from the same campaign:

Francois, the god of kobolds, is dead, having chocked on a particularly bony sacrificial virgin. But the laws of the universe dictate that divine power can not just disappear, only migrate from one vessel to another. No one is sure how it finds its new vessel and whether or not it's guided by any intelligence in its search. Evidently not, because instead of a mighty paladin or a powerful wizard it chose you, a young dugong farmer in a coastal gnome village.

It happens while you're asleep: one day you simply wake up with knowledge of your newfound divinity. However, your fellow villagers aren't quite eager to believe that a greenhorn farmhand suddenly became a god, especially since you fail to perform even the most elementary miracles. Confused and doubting whether or not your revelation was real at all, you go to the church library, looking for answers.

After some research, you find out that even the mightiest of gods are worth nothing without followers. It's from their belief and sacrifices that they derive their power and divine abilities. But in order to create a successful religion, a god needs a unique domain and three symbols of faith. A creed for his followers to follow, a holy scripture for them to recite, and a holy relic for them to cherish. No matter what's the domain, a god can amass an army of followers if his symbols of faith are good.

While the domain is a no-brainer for you, you're not very good at philosophy, writing or craftsmanship. After some more research, you identify three places where they could help you with the symbols of faith. A city of philosophers who spend their entire time arguing about ethics (without caring to follow their own teachings); an elven colony of poets who dedicate their lives to honing their skill of writing; and a dwarven canton where smiths use rune magic to craft the world's most wondrous artefacts.

May the world tremble before the god of dugong farming!

What are some good locales for some S.T.A.L.K.E.R / Roadside Picnic style exclusion zones that aren't Chernobyl? What sort of cultural differences would there be for exclusion zones in say, China, Brazil, Australia, or anywhere else? What sort of monsters or antagonistic forces?

An Outback Zone...

The default would be a starchy dryness, every drop of water being precious. Even in thick bush you can see how faded all the vegetation is, struggling to use the water as efficiently as possible. The sun seems more intense than it should be, almost alien, reducing rather than aiding visibility. The desert is like walking on the surface of a rust-painted Moon.

After sunset, the bush comes alive. Noise and movement all around you, even a bit of moisture in the air if you're lucky, scrub and ghost-gums breaking up every direction into mirages. You feel like the whole land is watching you.

There'd probably be multiple kinds of blowouts - distant & surreal desert storms, dust devils writhing with unnatural life, maybe spectral bushfires?

IMHO an Evil Radioactive Kangaroo would just look retarded. Don't worry too much about real native fauna, just go weird and woolly. There's no real consensus on what bunyips or yowies should look like, after all.

Weapons would be way more limited than in the Soviet Union, but I guess that would depend upon what factions are present in the Zone

I dont see how a wyvern is conparable to a Colossal Squig or more Survivable.
They wont shoot you with soft slingers and let you reroll your save, they will deal with it with mortal wounds and will kill the nake ofcs with the weight of fire, not the other way around.
Bad news is that 2 Thundertusk sneezing in the general direction if your Wyvern means he kills your wyvern without rolling a. single. dice.
If anything 11wounds in the age of Mortal wounds isnt enough without some sort of 4+ invulnerable like Dreadmaw or Nurgle Toad
