My gaming group has two female players in a group of six. One is bff's girlfriend and is all right.
The other one is new to the hobby but a good learner and a great roleplayer. Problem is she is too much of a good roleplayer. She plays a max charisma elf sorceress who is either haughty and dismissive or tenderly dominant towards the rest of the party, and that's way too close to my magical realm.
I can't really play with her without getting turned on and I don't want to make the game weird for anyone.

No. I don't use clerics. Divine magic is a lie, I'd rather be enlightened by arcane wizardry.I think it's a lot better when Clerics worship a bunch of different, seemingly at odds gods but ALL of them have magic powers. Really makes the world feel more complicated and alive that way.

Creatures can fight at 100% capabilities until they are at 0 hp, and then they suddenly fall unconscious/die

Well, giving basically 0 shit about position and hence removing an interesting tactical element from the game, including abilities that pull/push/move enemies and allies around is a pretty common complaint from people who preferred the more tactical gameplay of 4e.
Then again, that's not that many.
