If wizards exist in a fantasy setting and are regularly able to rape the laws of physics, why isn't every nation in the realm ruled by wizards?

Okay. Assuming litarally any setting in which
>If the gods of a fantasy world are demonstrably real and regularly empower their faithful to perform miracles
aka, the parameters I defined in the op, you cunt, why isn't every nation in the realm a theocracy of some sort?
If every habitable planet can just produce enough food and basic supplies for everyone to live on, and interstellar travel is expensive enough to be a mild problem, what kind of goods would interstellar commerce be structured around?
Designer/Exotic goods that are impossible to find anywhere else. If nano fabricators exist, then the design templates for those goods can be ferried instead.
Raw materials are unlikely unless there happens to be some place that's just made of antimatter, in which case it could be possible for an interstellar civilization to figure out how to safely harvest it for huge amounts of power. Whether that's economically viable depends on how hard space travel is.

Not really optimistic. There are better sci-fi systems put there than a d20 variant.

Is it even possible to play a high STR, low CON character? With other primary stats it seems possible to dump CON, but not STR
>>52788200
Depends on the system, obviously.
But generally yes.
>>52788200
It's possible to play any stats in any system but it depends on how much you're going to roleplay. If you're going to degrade a character then more power to you if you're roleplaying.
>>52788200
It's actually really easy, from a roleplaying perspective (from a mechanical one it's tougher, due to CON being helpful for LIVING and all that, but still technically possible as a Barbarian or Fighter or Paladin or something).
Think about the average Mister Universe contestant, or some other bodybuilder. They come in two main forms: The thick, heavyset, barrel-chested type that can wrestle a grizzly bear to death, and the saran-wrap, eight-packed, glistening abs type that comes to mind when you think "Arnold Schwarzenegger." That second type is still physically strong, but they've starved themselves to get those defined abs, they've filled their bodies full of chemicals and foods that are bad for them in the long-term, and they'll tire-out and need to sleep as soon as their contest is done. THAT is what a high-STR, low-CON character would be like.
Hey /tg/, help me build the ultimate d&d war wagon. Current idea is steel horse drawn wagon lined with shields and viewing slits for bows/casters. Eventually we want it to be able to fly and offer protection for casters and archers as we fly around and fuck shit up. Any ideas to make it dm proof?
>Weapon holes.
>Not using mounted enchanted ballistae.
>>52787062
Also, use elephants instead of horses and make the cart XBAWKS HUEG.
>>52787062
Has science gone too far?
When did /tg/ get so pretentious as a board? What the fuck happened? Everywhere I look, there are blatantly made-up stories, no OC, no drawfagging, and these insanely narcissistic blog-style posts written by spergs who think being willing to bite the GM bullet makes them God Almighty. It's worse than /k/, /v/, or even /pol/.
What the fuck were you guys doing while I was in the sandbox? What happened? Was there some crossover with another site, or major developments in the hobby? Because shit has objectively gone downhill, and not even in the usual "this board was never good, it's all nostalgia" way. Can we fix this? If so, how?
>inb4 quests
I'm a bit of a newfag but I quite like this board. Right balance between shitposting and funposting, lots of creativity-focused threads, a definite board culture, overall this place is very comfy and I love lurking.

What are your thoughts on Yoon-Suin?
>>52781862
It's good.
The random tables are an excellent source of inspiration, the tea and opium effects are something I've had a lot of fun with. And the setting itself has some nice twists. Humanity doesn't seem dominant as a race, they're mostly living at the whim of various other races or scrounging by an existence beset by monsters. That's different from many settings.
>>52781862
I like it - and the fan-zine-thing he made is pretty good, too.
I don't really know what else to say. I just like it. Can't wait for more.
>>52781862
I'm unfamiliar with it, can you tell me what's it about? What are its good sides, what's bad?
