There's a lot of bad articles, and a lot of attention whores have made articles for shit that no one cares about in order to pretend that people do.

That said, 1d4chan does have some good stuff, but you need to wade through it cautiously, and understand that there's a lot of insane people who use it to try and perpetuate their personal agendas. You really can't trust that site for anything, and it by no means speaks for /tg/ itself.

Combine that with the fact that, since no one ever does interesting or creative projects on here, the stuff that we've done is berated for never being good in the first place... which is just hypocrites criticizing something that was done, and that they'll never do.

Basically we're just too damn serious, egotistical, and depressed to enjoy something for what little joy it might bring us, and instead try to feed our ego by berating those who can.

Found it, I'm going through it right now. I know I'm probably very late to the discussion, but... doesn't this take the Chronicles of Darkness in a very different place? I'm mostly talking about the supernatural stuff. Not saying it's bad, per se, but it looks a lot more x-men than I expected.

I actually kinda miss the days when the Wolves rolled over any and all opposition. Like they were a Clan that blended Clantech and traditions well with common sense tactics.

Then Ulric suicided their clan, left the fiat along with magic mobile factories and ironwombs to Phelan, and the rest of the Wolves under Vlad struggled to walk and fart at the same time.

It's weird, I loved the Wolves under Ulric in the invasion and with Natasha K helping run things, but the W-i-E under Phelan were the most boring, usesless seeming faction ever. They even had me gravitating over to Vlad's Real Wolves.

If it's anything short of a TPK, the players assume new characters until the old ones can be resurrected. If it's a TPK and they've been playing long enough that we have more than a year invested in the story, it usally means that it's time for the players to bust their way out of the Hell in one way or another.

Pickled adventurers are a favorite dish. If the meat doesn't come off the bones without any resistance and the armor hasn't rusted, you haven't left it in long enough.

Any magic items in your hoard involving life drain or undead control will get her to show you how to put the romance in necromancer in no time.

/jc/, what gems can you think of from jump settings that would work well as your Gem from Steven Universe?

So far I've thought of Z-Crystals, Mega Stones, Key stones and a few hold items from Pokemon, lightsaber crystals, kryptonite, and if you can get your hands on them the Silver Imperium Crystal from Sailor Moon or the Star Sapphire from DC. I've also seen a post on reddit where someone used their Petrify Orb from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

Any other interesting ideas?

Dragonstones from Fire Emblem sound like fun, or Sacred Stones if you don't mind mingling souls with Dracosatan.

Philosopher's Stones and Red Stones are pretty obvious.

Thunderkats has the power gems, in four flavors depending on what you need: Tech, War, Spirit, and Soul.

Samurai Jack has a bunch of useful rocks, including one that controls water if you just don't want to be a Lapis.
