Our games been going for so long that our characters have all got kids, so i think yes they could handle one more.

It's sad how bland Eldar craftworlds are in this game. Absolutely zero equipment options. Just recruit more shuriken units. Only faction allowed to have only one heavy weapon per killteam?
Don't get me wrong, it's not a weak killteam, but after missions i don't feel excited at all to rearm or recruit. "i guess i just buy shuriken guy #8..."

Anyone feels the same or am I missing something?

Unless it states otherwise a fighter is subject to normal restrictions and penalties. The same goes for counting towards limits.

Drones don't have any kind of exemption to either.

One question i have is on how firearms work.

The way its worded is odd. Do they not add the PD value to your PD mod? or is your PD mod not added to its PD value?

The second makes more sense for guns, but the first seems to be whats implied.

Since the last thread got dumped before I got a decent answer, Chummers I need all the info on Chicago you can possibly point me in the direction of. I'm starting a new campaign there and would like to be properly prepared.

If I'm going Limbs, then I need to go full body replacement. It just seems weird to have one or two cyberarms or legs but the rest natural bits. Adapsin, Biocompatability, and a Cyber-Suite of course mandatory.

Personal favorite is a cyberfinger that detaches from the knuckle and forms the handle of a monowhip in your hand, with the fingertip forming the weight. Can be smuggled anywhere and lethal as all hell.

Right now I haven't given much thought to setting/mood, but over last night I had some ideas come to me that'd be sort of Malifaux-like in a weird sort of amalgamation of themes. I'll be finalising some of the notes I have on that setting idea to dump here for C&C.

I've created a bastardised 5e with homebrew rules to fit the Naruto universe, since jutsu casting in that isn't like casting Vancian magic in Vanilla 5e.

I have no idea if it fucking works, or if it's balanced, but I'm a new GM so I can handwave a lot of stuff away as "I'M LEARNING, THIS ENTIRE CAMPAIGN IS A BETA TEST", and all of the players are enjoying themselves, so that's what matters, I guess

Play a Lycanthrope. I reccomend you go for Were-Direbat, since it boosts your Dex and Wis.
This is nowhere close to optimal, since you only have Core at creation, but it might be good enough.
