Forget those anons. Phoenix Command is perfectly playable with a little work pre-game.

The system is modular, so you can add the level of detail you want, from easy mode to full autism.

Take the tables and charts for the rules you'll be using, and put them on a couple sheets of paper, or do as I did and print them on cardstock and make a GM screen. Flipping through the books to consult tables slows the game to a crawl. having the charts in front of you makes things go quickly.
Man...I really miss Living Steel. And we never got to see what the ICON project was...

What is Kinetic Energy Absorption from? Was this a villain of the week or something? Either way, the first two do not seem quite as good as the latter two. Have you considered 800 CP for KEA and Nuclear Physiology?

This vibe text needs removed or revised. Considering we have yet another example of a viber who does not have Cisco's problems, which more and more seem to be Cisco being afraid of his power, and not training his power like other heroes do.

And Vibing should let you reach other dimensions within a jump. DC, Marvel, Hero BBC, worm, many jumps have alternate dimensions in the setting.

Could you add some more stuff from later seasons, like that creepy idol from last season?

This needs changed to the modern standard of a drawback limit based on CP, not number of drawbacks.

You might add a note that this jump does not preclude a supergirl jump if someone wants to make one.

The idea that every creature concept possible deserves a separate sentient race is cancer, and I don't know what people keep blindly adhering to it.

If I had to implement foxes, coyotes and jackals into my setting, I would implement them as animal totem spirits.

If I had to choose what fantastical concept to execute as a race, I'd probably stop on "sentient hivemind telekinetical rocks", probably.

Not really, Japan simply took the classic trickster race and gave them a human body.

I've done so before, and I did it how you expect it would be done; they're a race of mercurial thrill-seekers and consummate tricksters who are as likely to steal your shit as they are to steal your heart. They aren't a race that has organized society or is well-known for living in towns or villages, but occasionally someone will get a fox-wife or a woman will be smitten by the dashing highwayman that stole naught but a kiss, and so their legend grows.

Where I grew up, coyotes and mountain lions were the only large predators. I could do a pretty convincing howl as a kid that could get the pack howling back and forth with me.
