Who is banned indefinitely from your table /tg/?
What did they do?
>Anyone that-
Yeah cool, specific examples pliz.
>>52993366
A girl who spend a whole session playing on her phone and then complained my plot didn't make sense and was too confusing.
Eric. Teleporting around to be in every scene 'cause he must be the center of attention, playing a evul characters who immediately tries to kill the party, outright cheating (casting infinite spells until someone calls him on it, not deducting health, having shit not on his sheet, etc)
Fuck you, Eric, and the horse you came in on, you piece of shit
>>52993366
No one is "banned", per se, but I refuse to run a game with fewer than 50% female players. It's the only thing I've found that keeps male players from overrunning things with spaghetti and rollplaying.

do they have ultra cocks?
1st for women marines and there's nothing you can do about it cis scum.
>>52993295
2nd for Age of Ultramar :^)
In the future of space, what are some good reasons why all the women would wear miniskirts?
Asking for a friend's campaign.
It's in style
>>52992410
It's feminine and socially acceptable.
There's not, just admit you're running an unrealistic campaign.
Was the meme about goths playing WoD tabletop games accurate? There don't seem to be too many of them around nowadays.
>>52992272
Goth is dead, they all turned into hipsters
It's the only game goths ever play.
If you don't see them around it's only because you don't move in the right places.
>>52992272
That's because there aren't as many goths around anymore.
>G-GW is still bad guys!
>J-Just ignore them still having their franchises be within the top 5 most popular in the US
>A-And ignore the fact that they're actively trying to repair relations with their customers!
>D-Don't forget, those B-Bundles that s-save you money, and those r-repacking's that g-give you more mini's a-are just rip-offs!
>T-The rules a-are shit! I should know so! T-That's why n-nobody plays them! At all!
>40k Isn't G-Getting a R-Reboot because AoS is good! I-It's just GW being S-Stupid!
>L-Look at these 1 to 2 pieces of bad art!
>It's all WoW tier!
God, you people are so whiny. What happened /tg/? Even back in the old day's when GW was 100% shit, we didn't bitch and moan like we do now.
There are still people who refute Age of Sigmar being a success. Do you think GW would change 40k if AoS was such a failure? And do you think if GW was in such dire straights, that'd they would bother wasting time on the Hobbit, Blood Bowl, and Armageddon?
Let's set the record straight: Prices are going down. The Repacking of Stormcast into bigger box sets for cheaper, from 50 for 5 to 60 for 10, the Start Collecting box sets and Board games which give you plenty of new minis/terrain along with a fun game, the honest god communication with the fanbase through Facebook, Tournaments, and the community page, the live battle reports, the painting tutorials from Duncan which shows you cool shit like Blood Bowl conversions and such, and the new White Dwarf having shit tons of features make it clear that GW is getting better.
No matter how much you cry about "Muh Fantasy" or "Muh ruulz", it doesn't matter. More and more people are enjoying GW. This is the future of the hobby were looking at, people.

I would try freeform based in first or second age of lotr. Keep some dice, graphing papers and shit like that around, and find a really good GM who is into lotr shit. Theres tons and tons of materials to draw upon, and the second and first age is just specific and vague enough to be a very good place to adventure in. You got your hook too, Morgoth, Sauron, the doom of men, the sinking of Numenor and destruction of Beleriand, the valar fleeing into their world and making the world round so no sailors could reach it. Magic is pretty chill in those ages, not downplayed too much, still present, but not OP.
Is there anyone who was not expecting Guilliman to take over the imperium?
As much as this board likes to meme, he is in fact the most worthy of becoming the next God-Emperor after Big E kicks it and has to go fight Chaos.
Dorn
>>52990638
Is still missing. Guilliman is the only non-traitor primarch to have returned so far.
I also predict that somehow Horus will return.

Horus?

Let's establish some ground rules first:
1. No shitposting
2. No attention whoring
3. No artificial dramas
Call me a nigger, you are the cancer of /tg/
Everyone has experienced it at some point. Either from putting up with endless player fickleness, constantly having to rewrite your adventure to cater to their needs, or simply becoming tired with your own adventure, GMs inevitably get burnt out.
How do you keep up your desire to run? I've cancelled the last two sessions because of low enthusiasm, and it's looking like it might become three.
Recognize it beforehand, ask someone else to DM. If you want to play in their game, make sure it's significantly different from what you regularly DM so you still get a decent break. Also try to plan campaigns that don't go beyond your motivation. At most I plan on 4 sessions per arc if possible, because I know it'll extend to 5 or 6 and more than that risks my motivation dwindling.
I didn't listen to my own advice and I currently have at least 3 more sessions of SKT to run when I really want to run my own thing. I work more on that than prepping for the sessions I'm actually running now
Being a ForeverGM, I've suffered GM fatigue quite a bit. The most important part is to know why you don't feel enthused about your game.
Is the campaign in a slump and it's not progressing as fast? Either stick with it until you hit a high point to rekindle interest or talk with your group about what changes might need to be made.
Tired of the system or the setting you're using, but don't want your group to disband? Pitch a quickie to run, something different that you'll like. People tend to be understanding. You're the GM after all. Then, once the adventure is over, see if the group would like to continue the new campaign or go back to the old one.
Knowing why you aren't as enthused about your game as before is important to knowing how to rekindle your interest or knowing when to switch.
If you're tired of being a GM, well then, get comfy in that chair because rarely will players offer to take the big red seat from you.
Mine has transcended gm fatigue and become game fatigue.
Any chance I get to play and not run is so terrible, I only run games so we do not play shitty alternate campaigns. I dont remember the last time I had fun playing in a game and not running.
Looks like Guilliman has created new Space Marines and will lift the ban on the Chapter limits.

What the fuck
>>52987828
They literally repeated the twist going from whfb to aos.
Why
>>52987828
>Sigmarines in MY 40k?
How the fuck is making a few million super Space Marines going to solve anything?
The Imperium has a lot of shit that are better than Space Marines, but they aren't practical.
He needs MORE, not better.
That's pretty much my opinion too. Space Marines are ludicrously expensive and not even that good. If anything, get the Mechanicus to dig up their old cloning program and start every battle with thousands upon thousands of expendable monsters, Nid style. Two or three cloning ships per war fleet could provide all the fodder required while everyone else focussed on heavy ordnance.
Throw a couple of pods with eversors in random points of the battlefield
Do you think some of these new ultra Ultramarines will go renegade and join Chaos just like regular marines?
Would the inability to understand abstract concepts be a lack of Intelligence or a lack of Wisdom?
>>52987269
Wisdom.
>>52987269
both
>>52987269
Intelligence. Intelligence is IQ, wisdom is common sense.
Post what ya got
>magic as consistent science with people studying it like scientists
>magic as mysterious and wondrous miracles with people invoking it in ways they can never fully predict
Which is better?
>>52984491
Wizards are cooler than clerics, if that's what you're asking.
>>52984491
Having both be rival magic systems that fight each other like science vs religion back in Galileo's and Copernicus's time.
>>52984510
The latter.
The former is just another form of science, so if you want magic you need the latter.
