A nice gentleman named Velvet Room Host
started a revival of an RPG project that seems more interesting than yet another fat fetish/ little girl/ elf rape/ etc thread.
Catastrophe is a complete thing that /tg/ should be proud of, even if you don't want to play it personally.
This setting could be a lot of fun as well.
I will try to promote it some, but Anon decides if it lives or gets shelved.

Premise:
It's the 1970's in the United States, but the time is not our own. After the death of President
Eisenhower in 1960, his Vice President, Richard Nixon took office. After a plague struck the U.S.,
Nixon called upon Emergency Powers and has been in office ever since.
Technology and aesthetics haven't changed much from the late 50's to early 60's.
By day, life is very Leave it to Beaver. Nuclear families, tract housing, mom is in the kitchen, dad
reads the paper while smoking his pipe, little Jimmy mows the lawn for money to go to the malt
shop. But there is something wrong with this idealized American setting. Everyone is home and
shuttered by 7, asleep by 8. Strange tales about those who venture out after dark. Some
disappear, others are found mutilated, some that are lucky enough to survive tell stories about
strange sightings. Creatures go bump. Aliens. Cultists. Mad Scientists. Monsters. All sorts of
strangeness runs wild in the streets at night.
But there are those who stand in the dark of night to oppose it. The misfits of society. The Greasers, The Punks, The Rockabillies, The Psychobillies, The Luchadores, The Cowboys, The Bikers, Amazonian Women, and other misfits stand in the way between the forces of evil and the common man.

What are some ways elves could help signal how old they are? It seems like for a race that really has none of the drawbacks of age would be quite proud of old they are.
Stuff like wearing an earring for each century of life, but also stuff like planting a tree at their birth.

The bigger an Elf's ears are, the older they are.
Those whose ears are only about twice as long as a Human's ears are probably fairly young, and their ears are still perky.
Older elves have massive, long, droopy ears that keep getting broader and longer as they age.

So I'm planning on running a Pathfinder campaign with my friends where everyone is evil alignment (Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil, Chaotic Evil.) the problem is that I don't know what I should have the PCs do and how to keep everyone from stabbing each other in the back. Any ideas?

How compatible are the rulesets between Exalted and World of Darkness? I want to know if I can throw Solars into Modern Nights and how much insanity/cuhrayzee it would cause.

You'd have the majority rolling around 10 dice at most, while the guy with the exalted character is slinging 10 dice around just on the stuff he doesn't care to put effort into. The stuff he cares to put effort into will have upwards of 20 dice rolling at once, possibly with rerolls for non-successes and a couple automatic successes.

What would a sci-fi necromancer look like?
Instead of rising people from the dead I would say that instead, he/she/that would would rather focus just on organic matter, since we can't use souls here nor need to focus on the human form.
And now, the necromancer would me much more knowledgeable in many things; for example, he knows about microorganisms and uses them like nanobots(they are pretty much like nanobots anyway), but he would also know about ecosystems and biochemistry so know he can mold organic matter to process other industrial matter on industrial levels, resulting in "assembly" of whatever he wants.
Since now the necromancer is purely focused on the matter, and not the soul itself, we might actually have "good" necromancers in the sense that they don't have to desecrate bodies or souls, but instead, they can now work on purely systematic and functional levels making their abilities mere tools for a purpose, and hence completely neutral by themselves, and instead of being much more widely evil by the nature of their work they are evil purely by the way they use their knowledge and abilities, making everything far more fuzzier, so for example; if a necromancer created a processing pool for organic matter in an overpopulated city that needs food fast, would he be evil if he used dead human bodies? He didn't had to perform rituals to bind souls, nor sneak and steal bodies from tombs, in fact since his "powers" work like a tool anybody can use them if they know the very basics and now other people are the evil ones if they use the tools wrong.
So I would imagine that all of this would result in necromancers creating environments pretty much like necromorphs, falling quickly under the biopunk genre.

One of the PC's in my game is being tracked down by an assassin. What are some subtle clues I can leave him to let him know he's being tracked to turn it more into a cat and mouse game as opposed to a "roll dex...fail? Shot in the head with an arrow. Reroll." Type of situation?
