So, this movie is based on the awkward real events that happened in freshly NATO member country Romania when some american soldiers try to pass some covert op through a simple train station master that doesn't allow them to leave unless they are able to present papers. The director of the movie died before his movie was finished so the only released form is the way it looked like before he died. The story mixes allot of metaphors related to the flawed transition to democracy that Romania has made in contrast with one of the few remaining honest workers of the State owned National Railroad Company. The story, I repeat, happened in real life with the minister of transportation personally begging the station master. This is one movie that I think is a must see but somehow not too many find out about it.

The soundtrack was some bullshit sigor ros wannabe shit that repeated itself for the entire first 1/4 of the film. For those that are interested, this film is literally a teacher talking to a classroom for 1:42 minutes. A classroom full of absurdly unrealistic students who laugh at a teacher when she tells them a student killed her only child. Its not even slightly amusing, upsetting, or anything Its just fucking stupid. I reiterate; what kind of demented person are you to find shit like this even watchable?

The only problems I have with this movie (I don't know which version I saw) are:
#1. the last 2 minutes when everything starts going backwards which, if by then you understood what the movie is about, those 2 minutes fuck everything up and the movie just goes to shit (it gives you the feeling that you've just wasted +2 hours of your life)
#2. it tends to drag to much in the second half; it could have been atleast 20-30 minutes shorter with nothing lost whatsoever

Sicario is absolute fucking trash. It's a slow, boring piece of shit that doesn't provide any conclusive ending. it sacrifices the magic of a movie in the name of realism. A movie is not a biopic on reality ; it's a form of art. It has something to prove, and it has something hidden inside it. We see plenty of harsh cold realism in our own lives; and we see films to satisfy our own hollow souls trying to get away from these mortal differences that stop us from evolving.

I'm sorry, I'm ranting too much.
tl;dr, watch Enemy's interpretation on youtube or just look up on it. It's a very good film, and it's not supposed to be targeted at a mass audience. Both have very good cinematography and beautifully appropriate usage of colors; whereas sicarios felt like a typical 2005 or 2003 tier washed up green filtered mess.
