I know the feeling, switching over to subs is always hard when you're more familiar with the english voice cast, but subs aren't that bad though, you get use to them after a while.

I don't think so. I just checked mine, which I think is this torrent, and it is Japanese only with subtitles.

It's a damn shame. There was a site that had all of the episodes and movies translated in HD uploaded on MEGA. Seems as if its been removed. I found a bunch on nyaa.se

Also, for anyone who feels the show drags on. (which it does) there is a blog has a list of only relevant story episodes

Fair warning to all, I downloaded this torrent a few years ago, the episode numbers are messed up, I can't remember the exact number, but a couple of them have the same numbers (17>17>18) and because of this, when you're looking for a specific episode, say 270 - The Forgotten Memento From The Crime (Part 1), it'll actually be episode 277 in this pack.

I'll recheck my torrent and start seeding again for those of you that want it.
