I kinda agreed, but then I thought about it. Now I changed my mind. What you really saw was defensive domination. There were few big plays. There were few huge jukes. There were few examples of the amazing Carolina offense. That's all because the defenses were passioned and intense, and that was simply shadowed over by Cam being tired out by the broncos. The defenses were amazing today.

And the halftime show was very good, even if coldplay is meh.

Exactly. Score doesn't tell the whole story of how well both defenses played. I think the Broncos now have the record for fewest yards gained by a Super Bowl winner and that's due in large part to the Panthers defense playing rock solid all game long.

Unfortunately for them, due in large part to turnovers by the Carolina offense, they constantly had awful field position. The fact they were able to keep Denver to one offensive touchdown is incredible.
