You have 10 seconds to name 1 EPL player good anough to start for Barcelone
Protip: you can't
CB: Now Mascherano is going to be dropping soap then Koscielny, Alderweireld, Kompany if he was ever fit
LB: no1 although Alba is shit
CM: literally no1 maybe Yaya
ST: Aguero over Hannibal but I ain't even sure about that
lel no. rakitic is still better, arda has looked good only in patches
rakitic is like busquets in that retards need a few years of seeing him not being benched before realizing he might actually be good
I was under the impression that Henderson was the only player who's been consistently good for Liverpool since Suarez left. Either way, I wouldn't put Alli there. I'm a Spurs fan, and I think he has tons of potential, but the Premier League is a lot worse than I thought if he's honestly the best central midfielder.
Granted two of them are on loan outside of the EPL at the moment but thats literally 20 players for 1 spot...
Barcas front 3 is goat but the rest of the squad minus an in-form Iniesta isnt anywhere as good as it was in 2011
Kante is not only the best player in the Premier League, but the best defensive midfielder in the world.
I wouldn't be surprised if he was at Barca / Real / PSG in a few years time. His stats are phenomenal, but visually his style and ability is frightening. Hes the main reason Leicester has scored so many and conceded so little.
Any player playing for a top 8 EPL club in any of the back 5 positions.
So that's at least 40 players, probably 50 when you take into account the subs for the very top clubs.
In the front 3? Tricky. But Neymar is the weak link there.
All comfortably more gifted players and have demonstrated their ability to play in the EPL in different systems and with different players.
So I'd say there are currently 63 EPL players good enough to start for FC Barcelona.
But I'm being quite conservative. There's a lot here who could make a case for the likes of Kane, Vardy and a fair few players in the lesser EPL teams such as West Ham and Stoke.
He's not though.
Who would get a place in a world 11, Busquets or
Maybe he gets a place in the 'cry like a little bitch and roll around every time you get touched' shortlist.
>No-one has mentioned the best young CB in the world at the moment
And any of the clubs these
play for also struggle when they are missing these players or when they're out of form
your point is null and void
all you've done is demonstrate the weakness and problems in Barcelona, not talked Busquets up
If you want a debate about who is the most consistent player, then sure, suggest Busquets.
But there are players who play in league 2 in England who are consistent as fuck and play to the exact same standard in every game.
This is a discussion about the BEST players.
Imagine thinking Michael Carrick is good enough for Barcelona, but not Kante.
Barcalosers haven't witnessed such talent since they were last cucked by an englishman
Gk: cech, de gay
Rb:belelrin > aging dani Alves
Cb:john terry > pique
Cb:koscielny > mascherano
Lb:probably no one even though alba is shit
Cdm:matic > diving biscuits any day of the week
Am: cazorla, ozil, silva > rakitic
There are no replacements for iniesta and the front 3.
literally only Courtois and de Gea could displace anyone in their XI. Any other answer is pure unadulterated delusion, but what would /sp/ be without a bit of banter. Bit of a stretch but Silva could give Rakitic trouble. Aguero is a poor man's Suarez and not even a good Hazard could be fit to lace Neymar's boots.
Why are british flags still allowed in these Threads.
Fatmericans, and Maplesyrupslurpers are more knowledgeable than them at this point though their opinions are still ridiculously retarded
did you read it? Saint George (Sant Jordi in Catalan (like Jordi Alba)) was a saint in Catholicism like any other (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_George) and he happens to be the patron saint of Barcelona and Catalonia. The fact that you associate it with the English (not the British) doesn't mean he's theirs. Saint George day is a very important holiday in Catalonia. Not to mention there's a fucking country in his honor (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_(country))
Are you actually telling me that Martial is 'comfortably more gifted' than Neymar?
