Totti. Del Piero may have been a better dribbler and freekick taker (Totti was probably an underrated dribbler in his prime though), but Totti was better in every other regard.

totti was a textbook footballer. good at doing everything from passing to scoring to freekicks. but he wasnt the greatest with the ball compared to other legends of the game. there is a reason why they moved him up to the centre forward position from midfield. del piero on the other hand was magic. one of those players capable of creating something out of nothing. also unlike players of his style, he actually was a consistent performer and goal scorer. i guess its up to to personal preference but i like players like del piero more. they are the players that make the differences in close games

They both have their strengths and weaknesses but I'd have to go with Totti because he's my personal favorite Chef-Boyardi-istan player. Plus, he was genuinely world class during his peak years in Roma. And even then, he still managed to stay relevant for his club at 40 fucking years old and counting - he'll probably retire this year.
