If the Pats didnt miss the extra point it would have only been a 1 point deficit when they scored the last TD, so they wouldnt have needed to go for two and instead they would have (likely) made that extra point to tie. His mixed extra point was really like missing two points because they only lost by two because they had to go for two at the end instead of getting just one to tie.

Also if they would have kicked a field goal on an earlier drive instead of failing on 4th down they would have won. NFL is fixed and Brady is a faggot.
