Can we just admit it /sp/? This man is legit the GOAT QB. That hail Mary throw was literally the best throw I've ever seen. Even though they lost, Packer fans have to be pretty proud of this man for making a historic play. Holy shit what a throw.

Completing two hail marys in one season is pretty incredible though

>>
I'm a Lions fan and that triggered the shit outta me, but yeah, it was amazing.

I have no idea how he made that TD throw, he had three guys chasing him, turned and made a fucking no look bomb to the endzone.

>>64974674
In one season? He had two ON THAT DRIVE.
>>
>>64974674
It is, but if you don't win, whatever you do in a game will inevitably be forgotten in the public's eyes
>>
>>64974545
He got the first flip right and the refs cucked him
>>
>>64974322
Wouldn't the best QB not need to throw hail marys all the time?
>>
>>64974322
He's still gay so w/e
>>
>>64974728
Yeah Rodgers sucks at playing safety. Should have covered Fitzgerald
>>
>>64974831
Cards won both. Erin whined pretty hard about the coin not flipping.

No he's not. He didn't get it done

that's all there is to it

Yeah man I can't believe he didn't make that tackle on Fitz.

I'm so happy that the cuckers lost but come on breh

>>64975062

He could have scored more earlier. He could have not thrown that garbage pick.

He didn't get it done.
>>
>>64975123
That pick was a tipped ball. I can tell you didn't watch the game.
>>
GB should've went for the 2pts, until the league changes the rules to let both teams get a chance to touch the ball it's not worth settling for OT
>>
>>64975123
That's true actually. Still, you cant deny he did a great job against an elite team.
>>
Not a Packer fan.

Your coaching staff is fucking shit and if they had even a B- coaching staff Rodgers would have 3 fucking rings.
>>
That pass was just like it's namesake, a prayer. Props should go to Janis for GETTING to it.

My buddy kept trying to tell me that Hail Mary wasn't luck. "50% skill, 50% preparedness". He's a Vikings fan too.

He has a fucking tank cannon for an arm but still Rodgers going for it on 4th down on his own 20 yard line makes it hard for me to call him the goat.

He beats Brady, no question. Brady would NOT have made that throw.

Receiver did all the fucking work. All Rodgers did was close his eyes and threw it up for grabs.

>>64975614
This. Elite quarterbacks don't need meme throws.
>>
Brady > Rodgers

Rodgers has all of the physical tools you could ever ask for a QB to have, but he isn't on the same level mentally as Brady when it comes to calling the right play to beat a coverage.

On a scale of 1 to 10:

Rodgers:
Short pass (0-10 yds): 10
Mid pass (10-25 yds): 10
Long pass (25+ yds): 10+
Pre-snap reads: 8
Vision: 7
Pocket presence: 8
Mobility: 8
Leadership: 8

Brady:
Short pass (0-10 yds): 10
Mid pass (10-25 yds): 9
Long pass (25+ yds): 6
Pre-snap reads: 10
Vision: 10
Pocket presence: 10
Mobility: 4
Leadership: 10+
>>
>>64975912
it's a meme to hate him

most people actually like him. he seems like a good dude
>>
>>64975912
I quite like him, I just hate whiny Packfags who throw the entire team, coaching staff and the GM under the bus after every game to avoid placing a shed of blame on him
>>
>>64978762
I'm from Wisconsin. People have been spreading the blame evenly all season. Rodgers has been getting the most out of all parties. Second would be a certain someone for giving up play calling.

It's called "gay proud".
>>
>>64979229
Its not a 10. He's prone to sitting in the pocket too long when his first few reads aren't there. Often when it happens he'll get happy feet and either take a sack or throw an incompletion as pressure gets to him. It doesn't happen often but it happens enough to warrant him being an 8/10 for pocket presence.

Rodgers is a very good leader and I actually think he is the better qb at the moment but when it comes to being a leader Brady is just the best in the league.

How does a hail mary make a QB the GOAT?

Literally 80% of the work is done by the receiver.
All the QB has to do is chuck it long down field and hope.
>>
>>64979382

because said hail mary was done on one leg, while moving, under pressure, for 60 fucking yards.

it's like some nigga doing a backflip while running and throwing a perfect cricket pitch, or whatever the fuck goes on over there

>>
>>64979665
Idk how you think Brady is an 8 on deepball. I was being generous giving him a 6. He connects less then 40% of the time on his deepball, and when he does he rarely hits his reciever in stride. More often than not he overthrows them.

As far as mobility goes, I put Rodgers at 8 and my rational is this: If Cam/Kaepernick/Wilson are an obvious 10s for mobility, that would make Luck a 9. Rodgers isn't quite as mobile as Luck so I put him one point lower at 8.

6 for Rodgers' leadership is just too low. 7 maybe if you wanted to be really harsh on him, but 6 just no. He is a very good leader.

>Can we just admit it /sp/? This man is legit the GOAT QB.

Rogers, please.

Any NFL (or college and even high school) quarterback can blindly chuck the football towards the end zone, actually catching it is 99% the receiver's responsibility.
>>
>>64974770
>I'm a Lions fan and that triggered the shit outta me, but yeah, it was amazing.

If you're a real Lions fan, you'll remember that two plays before that, TWO of our pass rushers were being blatantly held at the same time and the refs somehow didn't notice...
>>
>>64979752
>He is a very good leader.
He's a good leader when everything is going the Packers way. But look at his body language and demeanour when they're getting BTFO, he's always starting to sulk and mutter under his breath. Broncos game is really the best example.
>>
>>64975062
That excuse doesn't fly on /sp/uh. Brady had the lead against Eli in both SB's the last time he had the ball and he is forever Eli's bitch.

That's a good argument to put him at 7, but the positives outweigh the negatives. He picked up that team after his HoF predecessor "retired" and never looked back. He has excellent command and calm in big pressure situations that allows teammates to play better for him in those moments.

great game, but honestly the blatant fucking garbage ball spots for downs and ignoring the obvious 2 pass interference no calls at the end of the game decided things.

What we got is a decent consolation for such garbage officiating, and the cards earned their victory, but the officials are a fucking joke in this sport, and allowed to get away with shit / incompetence so severe that it looks like its home cooking because they don't get punished ever for anything, fuck this bullshit
>>
>>64980008
There are several players in the league that have a stronger arm than Rodgers, but what sets him apart from them is that he has very consistent pin-point accuracy on deep passes
>>
>>64974322
What did your wifes boyfriend say about it?
>>
>>64980073

and the fact he doesn't need to set his body to be accurate.

that's really the thing that sets him apart.
>>
>GOAT QBs
>Throwing hail marys
Pick one. Good QBs don't end up in situations where they have to chuck dragons every down.
